I have just finished another house i am going to do and i have all the screenshots done. I just have to do write the tutorial now. Expect it some time tommorow :biggrin.gif:
And for mountain-side bases, I will attempt to make a flexible plan as it seems like everyone will enjoy it :biggrin.gif:
I consider it an alright house, while better than average the only thing the house uses in it's design is symmetry. This does belong in the screenshots section though, if you look through that forum there's a ton of these threads and some epic house designs.

What you dont understand is that these arent just randon screenshots of a house that look awesome, its a tutorial at which many people can use, that is why it seemed to fit in this section.
I love this, but I think when I try it, insted of having the small basement, I'd use the basement from the other tutorial, with any necassary adjustments, lovin it. keep up the good work!
What kind of new buildings would you all like to see? I was thinking about making a tutorial that could help people build mountainside bases, that would also be flexible so that it could work anywhere. Let me know what you think.
Subscribed to the topic. Architecture topics are very valuable to me, because although I think I'm getting reasonable at making machines, admittedly I still really suck at architecture.
So this way I don't have to put up with living in dirt boxes, even though I might not know how to build anything else on my own. :wink.gif:
Well my other base i know want that great, but you could just put it under the basement of this house as felix ninja has said. I am going to do a tutorial on a flexible mountainside base and then I might try a modern house with mulitple rooms.

house is nice for a low end home im not sure i would use it but thats just cause its simple =and i like overly complicated things, looks good though.
i really appriciate you useing default textures to show it off too. to many people make how to's with a custom texture pack and ive always hated that. things look dramatically diffrent and block that would not normally be used are used (such as glowstone everywhere for lamps which looks like trash without the texture pack)

That was my exact intentions when i posted the default texture pack, I really like that you took to notice it. thanks for the feedback!
I have just finished taking some pictures for my next tutorial of a mountain-side base. I will try and make it as flexible as possible so it can work almost anywhere!
Also, can people post how they decorated their interior, cause ive noticed some people didnt like how i decorated mine, if i like it, then i will re-do and post anyone's who i like :biggrin.gif:

I appreciate the feedback and I have re-uploaded using imageshack. btw, your tutorials are what inspired me to make my own, so thank you!
overall it looks good to the eye, its just not my style of house so i wont be using it.
still a good tutorial, very easy to understand and i think it should be doable for everyone from 6-120y!
oh and ofc i want to see more hehe :smile.gif:
