This is the first home that I've built for aesthetics. Tell me how I did! (Everything was gained legitimately.) From the front.
From the Sides.
From the inside. From the balconies.
Thats it, tell me what you think! :smile.gif: (First time posting images, sorry that they look messed-up. =P) Yeah, I realise I posted an image twice. Cant figure out what image URL it is. XP
I wouldn't really call it picture heavy, they are so small it's hard to see properly what you've built. xD It's a nice start, but there's definitely room for improvement. Insides feel empty, it could use more decorations for sure. No real roof makes it look more like a warehouse of sorts to me at least, but I guess that's my taste?
Keep on building, you're off to a good start if that's your first, I think! :wink.gif:

The most wonderful thing about science is that it doesn't ask for your faith, it asks for your eyes. The universe doesn't care about what you believe.

What exactly do you mean by "No real roof"? I have a glass roof, is that what you mean? :blink.gif:
(EDIT) Just realized the pyramid-style glass roof isn't visible. I tried posting it, but I guess it messed up. >_<

I'm just not a fan of completely flat roofs, where you go from a vertical wall directly into a horizontal roof. I prefer houses where there's a distinction between the walls and the roof. Regular black cobblestone, mixing stairs, halfblocks and full blocks to shape a more gradual roof, matches very well with brick, in my opinion. :smile.gif:
You'll almost never find any building with a completely flat roof, after all!
