Hey guys, thought I'd share a couple of the things I've built. Nothing too special compared to some of the other creations on here.
Pretty basic tower I made, but I think it looks neat. Made out of stone (not cobblestone) all acquired manually. Inside is a big mine shaft leading to extensive tunnel system underneath, as well as a hidden area with an underground tree farm and cobblestone generator.
Eagle, Globe and Anchor of the United States Marine Corps. Pretty proud of this one, designed and built it 100% by hand with no mods. The blue behind it is water falling from the sky. The top of the eagle touches the clouds. Carved out a hill to be able to put it in that spot next to a house I built.
A shabby pyramid that I completed earlier today =p Inside is a pool set deep into the ground, and a passage into some "catacombs" that I, by a happy mistake, I found. 'Cause I mean, really, what is a pyramid without some spooky caves?
A cabana type abode I crafted yesterday to have an excuse to make a fountain =p
The inside of the first floor of my first house, kinda sad, right? The stairs to the left lead to a man-made lava pool I used to destroy excess materials.
The outside of my castle/house =p On the left and right sides (not in the picture) there is a waterfall that flows down.
The view of my front yard... moat... thing, more water!
A nice view of my castle/house, I went a little overboard with the water. The waterfall to the right of the torchlit stairs comes from the waterfall off the top of the right side of my castle/house.

A view of my world created with CartographG. Everything's so far away (for some reason I just refused to build anything near anything else :\...) Going to start trying to work with Minecarts soon.
My second world, made only for building. An inventory editor was used, texture pack is the beautiful ALBION 64x by Dante80.
A couple of images of my recent build project. The blank! I made a time lapse video of me building this fellow for my Let's Play series. check it out if you feel like.
This is a wide overview of my base, please give me some feedback or some advice or ideas to add to my base
This is just the lounge room / dinning room (with no tables) and glowstone as the chandelier! theres a kitchen to the right that i made with half blocks/planks and bricks and theres a fireplace there too
This is my pool, has a deep end and a shallow end (in the pic i was at the shallow end) and further up is the....
SPA!
(and theres a "broken" button that use to make bubbles for it =)
Just a view of my second bedroom, with the waterfall next to it =)
What actually amazes me is where everyone decides to build on the same map w/o any contact with each other. In this case the map using the seed "Glacier" almost every screen shot i have seen Most people chose this exact same spot to build.
My primary base with a bridge leading to the portal room.
Inside the Portal room
I want to know if Seeds affect the Nether as well. I could not find any screens of the nether from Glacier.
My normal world portal location is In case it may help.

A base I built in the course of experimenting with McEdit, also has some fun stuff like automatic double doors, signal duration extension for buttons, etc. Not sure if this justifies the mods =P
Structure under the pool
Rail in first picture connected to the building leads to my old house across the pond, which was actually legit.
Here is a picture of a skeleton that I built on an SMP server (game.vanillacraft.net). It is completely hand made without the aid of any mods of any kind.
Here is a quick run-through of my primary base. I've been trying to spiff things up and make it look nice according to my sensibilities.
This is an aerial view, taken from the top of my tower:
A view from the west:
And from the north:
And the interior, this is the lower entrance hall/living room:
The workshop:
And the basement minecart station and shipping depot:

"Harry Potter is all about confronting fears, finding inner strength, and doing what is right in the face of adversity. Twilight is about how important it is to have a boyfriend." -Stephen King
Working on moving out of this. Went from castle, to tree house, and now I'm making an underwater house :F
My SMP server. The houses to the left and right aren't mine, it's just a village we made when I got a few friends to start playing. And the stairs to the right don't go to my tree, they go to the surrounding wall.
Building the palace from Disney's Aladdin, project still in progress, due to my current lack of wool to continue building the domes. What do you guys think? Suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
This is just basically my portal to hell (semi INV edited)
The stairwell
this goes down about 15 blocks, all the obsidian was mined fair and square :smile.gif:
about half of this corridor was mined fair and square
basically i just hacked the obsidian (for the rest of the room, some reason the picture was lost, ill post it after this post) say if i wanted 30 blocks of obsidian. I'd just hack 30, then degrade my diamond pick by 30, so im not hacking tool durability (not to mention, worlds are so big that there could be an infinite amount of obsidian)
as i said "semi INVedit" its all possible to mine, but semi INVedit just saves me time :smile.gif:
I have a cool world that I got in Alpha 1.2.2 and now I got a cool bunker, the roof has a plane if a the bunker is not safe from below. My bunker and my first and second base at night
Having my favourite gun in the bunker, aiming at a cave
Aiming at a cow near a mountain. Aiming at my Underground escape and hallway to my bed A path close to my murderhole and bed. My hidden bed 7th image, my bed.
My cliff home. It's about a 1 minute walk from my spawn. This is basically a huge C-shaped cliff, and I dug a long hallway that connects the caves on each end of the C. The top of the cliff is only a few blocks from cloud level.

I made this today, my first finished creation in a very long time.
It's a nice little sandstone tower house.
