Things to change:
- Possibly scale up a little? Depends if people would prefer it a little bigger, right now it's about the size of a DS
- Fix the tabs, they're too small and I think I need to change some around a little to make things easier
- Make a lined mode that shows the folds for those who can't really see them too well
For now, try to enjoy what you have, sorry that the tabs are too small, I thought they might be okay but I guess I misjudged it.
I was considering making one a few weeks back when someone was doing papercraft on another forum, but I'd never done it before so didn't bother, it looks scary :biggrin.gif: Nice work!
Ok, honestly? I love you Zuriki. I mean that in the most non-"oh god, that's creepy" way. I love making papercraft stuff (I have a whole gallery on my flickr). From little 10 minute things, to multiple day projects. (oh, and a crapton of origami stuff) I've already placed my own skin on this, and I'm going to make it now, given that my printer decided to cooperate. Results to follow.
<TrueWolves> That's what I meant Iguana, I'm like an Extra+, to just fill in tiny cracks... right?

I love this, it's brilliant! One recommendation, though. I would recommend resizing the pixel size of he head and limbs just a little more, here's why.
You see, since I've seen this, I've felt compelled to try and resize some of my skins into this template to try and make some paper craft skins of my own, but there's one issue. You see, when I compared the size proportion of a regular skin (in this case, the head) it was 8 by 8. When I measured the head in the template, it's 100 by 100 pixels. I can't resize the 8 by 8 head into a 100 by 100 pixel format because the numbers are not compatible (you can't divide 100 by 8 exactly, which messes up some things). I'd recommend fixing this up a bit to fit into intervals of 8 (the closest one would be 104 pixels by 104 pixels) so that people can resize their skins to match that of the paper craft example.

Other than that, it's wonderful.
The magical number I used to resize it was 1,250%. Turns out pixel perfect to the original.
I will pay $5 via paypal (or I'll buy you premium for any account you want, but you'll have to wait a week or 2) and a custom forum title + my eternal love for the best (or only, doubtful many would actually do this :tongue.gif:) photograph of my skin (below) in papercraft:
Here are some awesome little papercrafts for all things minecraft related.

You should think about maybe making (connectible?) blocks.
That would be difficult. But making just cubular blocks would be awesome.
Beat you to it Alex! :biggrin.gif:
Oh darn you! That is pretty awesome! Is it standing up?
Papercrafting is one of my Hobbies ;D
Will build one of these.
Brandwein loves you all, except griefers.
I don't do it as a serious hobby or anything but you can buy paper glue which is what I used.

BTW, this is win.
Quality of output = Skill * Effort
I have no idea. I really don't.
This was a triumph.
