Description: You know them. The groaning zombies, clanking skeletons, hissing spiders, gurgling Endermen, and deadly silent creepers that prowl the darkness. They're the bane of your being. But have you ever wondered what the Minecraft world looks like to them? This is the story of the mobs who had enough of putting up with the destructive ways of mankind and rebelled. The two-book series aims for a goal to flip the conventional idea of who's good and who's bad in Minecraft on its head. Be careful, though. After reading it, you may never look at the game the same away again...
Hello? Anyone got an answer for me? I'll repeat the question: Could I write something based off of Story Mode or would that not be Minecraft enough?

Whatever I just said, I didn't mean any offense. Unless we're fighting, in which case I probably did.
If I said something was a joke when it didn't seem like one, I'm making an excuse to avoid an argument I know is coming. Instead of telling me how not funny I am and how it didn't seem like a joke at all, just go along with it. Because flame wars suck and nobody wants to be a part of one.
Roughly 95% of Minecraft players hate Villagers and would be very happy if they were removed. If you are one of the 5% who actually like villagers, copy this into your signature.-RainbowGirl
The damn image won't work-screw my iPad!-but you should click this link. Now. Or you'll regret it...because this suggestion is epic.
Thanks! I was pretty sure the answer was yes, but I wanted to be positive. I don't want to put a ton of work into it and then find out it's been locked because of lack of Minecraft-ness. (Is that even a thing? XD)

I've written a story that ended up being about 1/4th of a megabyte in size and is 85 pages long (text size 11). Would it mess up the forums if I posted it?

There are plenty of stories in the Literature Subsection that are longer than that. The trick is that you have to split up your story into multiple posts, because the forum is designed to not accept posts that are too long. The best practice is to start a thread with as much of your story as you can in the first post, and then reply to your original post with more parts of your story.
For the purpose of the forum, it is mainly the word count that determines how much writing you can have in each post. Text size does not matter.
Another good practice is to keep each individual chapter inside its own spoiler so that people don't have to scroll down too much. Also, if you want to maintain formatting in your posts, back up your forum posts by copying and pasting their BBCode into a text file on your computer. (You can access the BBCode by pressing the [BB] button in the text editor.)
Title: The Voyages of the Loving and Noble
Author: Me, Ajcard
Description: Fan fiction inspired by 100 Days to Mine and Vagrants of the Mine of a young man who spawns into the world of Minecraft, encountering the harsh and sudden reality of a new life and new world. However, he's not alone in it, in his mind or in his heart. (Sorry for the little description)
Progress: Complete (took 6 YEARS), but can still be continued by others.
Any way I can bring that post to the "literature" section of this forum? For some reason If you look at the URL it's stuck in limbo I think haha.

Insulting people for their beliefs is not a good way of convincing them to adopt yours.
Fiction is just a game of make-believe recorded on paper or film. But that's what makes it so great.
Hipster Jesus liked you before you were cool.

Of course. That's definitely Minecraft enough.
