I also am a very good sidekick, I know how to instruct people and welcome people, I also do not abuse, I wouldn't want to get myself banned. I also try to not interfere in a players play time too much, I also like to chill and hang out in chat, if someone says they need help, I will help them and then let them go back to what they were doing.

Background information, about yourself: I personally am a tall kid, have hair I never cut, have a voice, I also am sometimes enraged/infuriated, but I can cool off quickly. I also do make lots of noise. My name is also Noor and I prefer being called my ingame name, I also am very quiet in my outside life.

Extra (More details, higher chance): I do not abuse a lot, I also do not punish people harshly unless needed, for example, when someone spams, I prefer to mute then temp-ban, so they have their second chance and they can get on with there lives. Experience: I've had past experience in Moderation on many small servers, but the main one is a server called DynastyPvP. I became a Helper on DynastyPvP within the second week of the server coming out. I continued to be staff for around 3 months. On DynastyPvP, there were 4 servers, and on the one that I was staff on, there was always 100+ people online. Therefore, I know how to handle big crowds of people and I know how to keep calm in a situation where there are a lot of people involved. I was one of the most loved staff members on the server(not trying to be cocky, just saying what members of the server said to me!) After around 3 months of playing and being staff on DynastyPvP, I resigned because school was starting up. I was starting my 9h grade year in High school it was a pretty cool experience from being 8th grade to ninth grade. I now realize that it's very easy to manage my time wisely between school and Minecraft. I'm able to easily achieve good grades in school, and also have fun on Minecraft whenever I want to! Anyway, since I was staff for so long, I know all the staff commands. I know how to reason with players and I'm a very calm person in general. DynastyPvP practically made me the person I am today in Minecraft! I was also staff on this server (SeigeCraftMC) for only a few months. I was younger at the time, and took this rank for granted. Not many people played so my job wasn't too difficult. This server had only 20-30 people on. I didn't have any actual staff commands, so I just moderated the chat; welcoming players, helping out the "noobs" with items, and other simple stuff. Even though I had no commands on that server, I know almost every staff command due to being a head admin and moderator with op, Pex, group manager, Mrl, you name it! I also had a private server with my friend to test plugins, commands, mods and many other stuff. The server eventually shut down, due to lack of players and the owner not having enough money to continue. Learning how getting involved with the community, as well as staff is a massive key for becoming a great staff member. I was also head-admin on another server (DevastedWorld) which closed a while ago.

Why I'd like to be Head Moderator/Administrator: You should pick me as staff Because I am a loyal, respectful, kind and generous guy that is dedicated and committed to everything I do. I help around whenever I can and welcome all that join. I report any bugs/hackers I find to a staff, and if I have proof I post it on the forums (If you guys have one). When I do help someone, with anything, I get a good feeling inside because I did it, I enjoy helping others a lot. I believe I am capable of handling the position because I am mature and reasonable in all situations, in arguments I do not cuss, I sort it out with maturity and try to make it a soft debate rather than a full on argument. In all the tasks I am set, I will do it effectively and with pleasure, no fuss and if I have any questions about the task, I will not hesitate to ask.I completely acknowledge the responsibilities a staff member has and am very aware that the position shouldn't be taken lightly at all. If there were no staff, there would be Hackers ruling the server, people quitting because of all the hackers and spammers around the server. I should become staff on Sentenced City because I want to be someone that people look up to in the community. I want to be someone who people go to with their questions, and I also want to be able to keep the community clean from all of the spammers, hackers, advertisers, etc. If you can't already tell from reading my application, I consider myself to be highly educated when it comes to being a staff member on a Minecraft server. I know how to react in nearly every situation, and I also know all of the commands that are needed to be a staff member. I'm really looking forward to playing on the server. I'm not afraid of handling problems or fights with other players in game, no matter the situation. Some people like to act like they don't see what's happening in chat, but not me. I handle problems as they happen, in a mature and unbiased way. I feel like I would be an improvement to the current staff team, because of my great eye on chat, my knowledge for prison and factions, and my willingness to learn more about the server, along with getting immersed into the community of players and staff alike. I know I don't know a ton about SC, but I have a desire to learn more, and I want to help this server become the best of its ability. This server has a massive amount of potential, and seeing it grow a lot bigger then it should of have would be amazing. I have played prison and factions servers since I started playing Minecraft three years ago, and it's all I know. To conclude my application, Getting staff shouldn't be where you stop trying, it should be where you truly begin to be a major part of doing your job. Staff members are the face of Sentenced City, they are the entity of players that people look up to, they have a heavy burden to fill, and they are expected to carry out tasks right. That quote is one that I try to follow as I've staffed servers in the past. I hope you consider me as staff, and if there is any improvements upon this application that I can make, I will do so. Also, because I am a loyal and trusted person who knows the appropriate punishment given the situation whether it be a dire situation or a situation that could be solved instantly - and like I have stated above I have had past experience moderating/being a helper on other servers and I feel as though the server would be a greater opportunity for me as an individual person. If a matter is serious and needs senior staff to be involved I will not hide anything from them, I will tell them exactly what the situation is and how long it's been going on for. If I find someone for example swearing constantly I will without any hesitation kick them from the server - leave a warning message about how many times they have sworn - and if they reach the 3/3 limit for swearing or caps - I will put them on a temp-ban for 10 minutes [may vary depending on situation] - also if necessary I will contact the senior staff if it is persistent even after temp-ban. I know what to do in many situations such as dealing with a hacker; in that situation you need to take many screen shots of the hacking player and record them then, after that I take that recording and ban the player accordingly or bring the recording to higher staff members. I am also a fun nice guy who likes to hang out with friends.

Why we should accept you: I had played Minecraft for about 3 years and I have a lot of experience with the game and I like helping people and make them feel welcome to the server and I can make sure that the players are not breaking the rules like hacking, cussing, etc.

How many new players could you bring?: I would bring quite a few because I know some people who play Minecraft and add even more

What could you bring to the server: I would bring nice people and they don't break the rules and I would bring friendliness to the server and more people would feel more welcome.

What would you consider your maturity level from a 1/10 please explain your reasoning: I have to say a 8.5/10 I am mature for my age, I don't mess around and I can be strict if I had to. But I could be laid back as well but I never do anything stupid like cuss and make inappropriate jokes.

What position and why: I would like to be an admin because I have admin on other servers and I had some a pretty good job at it and I have experience at it and I could stop people from hacking and spamming because I don't like those type of people and I would get rid of them if I had to.
