Hosts, please read below before replying. I am looking for a host with the following requirements:
$3/GB
Good Support (responds to tickets decently quickly, live chat, etc)
North America/USA location (will not accept anything other)
Multicraft (must support custom JAR, unlimited slots)
Right now, I am looking for 3 BungeeCord servers (so custom jars are a must!), $3/month each. If this price is not possible, I am willing to run minutely server ads for the hosting service (I have a decent player base/community, and at least 10 players on at all times).
Hello, I am Nate the CEO of Lemon Cube Hosting. We are usually $5/GB but with advertisement we can go down to $3/GB. We are hosted on the East coast of the United States. We utilize multicraft and can enable custom jars upon opening of a ticket. All of our packages include no slot restrictions, instant setup, and full access to your server files. As well as the features below:
All our servers come with great ticket support, we currently do not have a livechat, but we do have Skype support and email support.
We provide servers at 2 US locations at the moment and are currently expanding to more! Kansas and Buffalo United States.

I'm Mitch from Shockbyte. We're a registered business in Australia and have been hosting Minecraft servers for almost 2 years. We're currently one of the cheapest hosts in the market at just $2.50 USD/GB. For you, I'd highly recommend our Dirt plan. This consists of 1024MB RAM and only costs $2.50 USD per month.
Our support team is available 24/7 and all tickets are answered within 24 hours, however the majority are answered within less than 30 minutes. All of our servers are located in North America and we use the Multicraft control panel. We also allow the ability to use a custom JAR and setting your own slot count (unlimited slots), however you will need to open a ticket requesting both of these features to be enabled.
BungeeCord is a available as a 1-click install on our panel and BungeeCord support can be provided if needed.
Are you looking for compensation for network/node downtime? Or when a plugin/mod etc causes a java crash?
I would say that would be downtime thats out of his control, like network or hardware downtime. It seems illogical to compensate downtime thats his fault.
In a case of us having downtime we will give you 1.5 days back for example 1 day of down time we credit you back 1.5 days.
In the case of a natural disaster then we are unable to provide Compensation.
Other then that we are able to do it 100% of the time.

What about in case of a snow storm? Sorry, that was pretty bad
Just so you all know, the lowest bid I have is for $1.40/GB.
With $1.40/GB you will honestly only get a company that uses super low end & oversold hardware and i doubt you'll get anything extra like dedicated IP, you might not even get Multicraft. Double your budget and you'll get something decent like TrueWorldGaming.

Keep in mind price is not always what you should judge a host on. You may be getting a large amount of ram inexpensively but you will end up with latency due to low end cpus. My 1GB is $5/mo but will run better than another's that is very low end. Keep in mind that at that price you have to be aware of hard drive and bandwidth limits.
Don't make the wrong decision,

I recommend HerosHosting, for prices under $3/GB. They offer Budget Servers for a cost of $2/GB. $1.40/GB? May I ask where you are getting this server from? The chances of their company succeeding at those prices is very slim.

Every second we have of downtime, which Is highly unlikely, we will double the lost time and add it to your service
