Please reply respectfully with server IPs or suggestions.
Maybe you should join Empire Minecraft? Some features include mature friendly staff, PVE, no griefing, economy, player owned markets, and regions/world. Empire Minecraft provides a very healthy way for your Play Your Way style. Our server is customly coded by our whole professional developer team, which is referred to by some of our loyal members of the Community, "French Vanilla". As stated in our custom Xenfore website wiki, "The Empire offers a completely customizable experience for all players through our motto: 'Play your Way' and our /ps feature which includes Difficult Settings, an update that allows players to choose how their completely survival experience plays out in the Wild worlds." If you are interested, click the image below!

No offense but From that banner it says you have plots and after looking at your site, you're a large community which isn't something I like to deal with; Max players I'd probably play with at once would be about 30 not 80

The empire hosts up to 200-300 players online concurrently every day, divided over 10 servers. The 10 servers have a max slot of 60, so switching between servers is easy, but you can become a apart of smaller Empire sub-communities, and meet new friends. If 60x60 survival residence plots aren't your thing, you can easily live in the Frontier, fighting monsters and building in the natural Vanilla world terrain.

Yeah that's definately NOT the kind of server I'm looking for. I'm looking for a SMALL COMMUNITY based survival SERVER. If it has more than 1 server then that is called a HUB. If it has more then 30 players who connect to one server at a time then that's bigger than a small community.
I have mine to offer you. Bukkit 1.6, the last big update. 1. No PVP - Check 2. No Factions, Towny, or any other plot based claiming - Check 3. Grief Prevention - Check 4. Less than 50 Players - Check, very few and quiet most fot the time 5. Competent Staff - Check (Plus I ent and own the server and have been for well over a year. 6. No World Borders - One large circle, but we expand, we have a RAM limit, but not too much of a limit 7. Preferably No Mob Griefing - Check 8. Normal Difficulty or Hard; No Easy. - Normal 9. Preferably only a few months old - The work is big and still has plenty to find a place to live, but its up to you.
It is 1.7.2 I checked this morning. I thought 1.6 sounded way lol. Either way my server is at 1.7.2 and waiting like others if the next bukkit updates shows.
