Recruitment roles: Builders, Developers, Moderators, Helpers, Admins, Managers, also someone that can designs good logos as I'm currently in the look for the perfect logo for the server icon. This will be used throughout our website and in game and discord.
I have been working on project of mine solo for quite a while and have come across and found I am going to need a team to continue this project as I need more advanced people that have knowledge in this area. Right now, at the stage of the server the faction's part is the only part of the server that is being worked on We have a fully functional hub and that is all done. The problem I have found now is that I have all these plugins that I need to do and now and trying to work around them solo and not have been working with plugins in the past is difficult. The faction's part of the server is factions with a twist of custom enchants, gear, loot box's monthly crates and more.
After we get the factions server done, we would like to expand and then start to work on the smp or prisons server to keep bringing out more for the server's name. Right now, the server is hosted on a pay to play which saves me/ the servers budget a lot of money cause of instead of playing loads of money per month working on the server I pay as little as 50p a day working on the server and it only charges when the server is up and running so when we are then working on plugins it saves a lot of extra cash, we can put back into the staff team and server. My goal when factions is done or at a decent level where I/staff feel it is acceptable to bring out a beta version I will change over hosts and use a Bunge cord. so, it will then be easier as all the plugins won't be together trying to overrun each other.
The requirements are that you have to have knowledge about plugins and are not just going to leave the team when done and been paid. I would like to form a team that's stays throughout the many seasons/ maps we have. Of course, if you are part of the team as this will be done professionally you have to act professionally and be professional. If you were part of the time and wanted to resign you would have to:
1.Give at least two weeks' notice.
2.Write a letter of resignation.
3.Give feedback on why you're leaving.
4.Schedule a meeting with the co-leader or owner representative and/or supervisor.
we want to take this seriously as that's our plan with the server. The goal with the server is to make it place where people enjoy to play and that they send time playing. We aim to do so by bringing out new updates, bug fixes and more to the game to keep it consistently getting better. Many ways we can do this is by listening to the player/community we build as they can suggest things they want done and maybe we can take some into consideration
All staff members will be paid monthly like anyone else would. (These are unpaid for now But that will change as the money is going into the server right now)[/b]
