I can invest in methods you have found successful but only will make smart decisions. I can cover the costs myself, but if you pay, then it would be fantastic. I run a Towny 1.16.4 server that I have coded myself and have all sorts of custom plugins that make the player's experience more enjoyable.
Requirements:
Be 14+ (Only accepting mature individuals)
Know/Experienced in Towny like game modes (MUST)
Have a working microphone
