First of all, this server is being made from the ground up and I'm currently looking for a team/group of people who can help me make this a reality.
I need someone who has had prior experience in server creation (developers who can help me with plugins, FTP/MYSQL Database, overall just running the server from the technical side).
I need someone who has had prior experience in actually developing the maps (not just building but setting up plugins, making sure everything is synced, etc)
I need someone who has had prior experience in marketing a server (making sure we can actually get people to play, choosing the type of server, helping me expand/market the server, help with server related art)
I need someone to help set up the server website (syncing donations with the server website, creating the server website, making sure all the forums, reporting, etc is set up and functional)
I understand that this will take some time and hard work to create so that everything is functional and working properly and because of that I will be offering payment (based on % of donations made and how much work you have done)
I will be funding the server with my own money (if you can also provide funding, you will receive a % of donations as a repayment)
So far I have not started anything, which is why I need the expertise of developers to choose the best host, type-of-server, and more.
