We at DoobinMC have recently experienced a growth spurt and need to bring on a few more staff members. Here is what we are looking for in a staff applicant:
16+ (Please understand, this is because I have had several younger Staff members in the past, and I need a certain level of maturity on this team)
Can play 2-3 hours minimum per day.
Has basic knowledge of World Edit, World Guard, and preferably essentials and Spartan anti cheat as well.
Discord Required. We as a staff communicate 100% through our discord channel. We will be conducting live interview/introduction calls as we get more applicants so we can be sure to get someone on our team who's ideals align with ours.
Some things to note about a staff position on our server:
There are young kids that play on here, if chosen, please keep in mind you represent the server now, not just yourself.
A staff position can be given/taken away at any time from higher rank staff members. You may or may not agree with the reason.
We really are looking for genuine minecrafters who want to play and make some epic builds, while also helping us keep our community fair and fun for everyone. If chosen, you dont have to, but do have the option to join our passive staff faction, the Soviets. We will supply you with gear/building materials and you can help us grind out our mega city. Also, we have staff members who choose to play in other factions, which is cool too. The choice is yours. We hope to hear back from some of you guys.
