To kick things off you must be wondering why I am posting this thread. The answer is I need some help with the development of VoltSiege network that I recently started up about a couple of months ago. In the last three years ago, I have specifically developed VoltSiege to become a friendly, fun community where people can have a go-to server to hang out on. Even though VoltSiege has a small community I would really like to expand it! I think with the proper support towards VoltSiege we can boost it to become amazing, unique, and fun.
Because VoltSiege consists of many “modes” to experience, my goal is to limit these modes to one or two until we can achieve that bigger community. Our current modes are Factions, Skywars, Simple Survival (Basically regular survival), and Creative. At the very minimum, I mostly will be picking Factions and Creative to start off with and master those to setups for perfection. I cannot do this alone. If you consider jumping on VoltSiege in my opinion you will see I have done a lot so far. Half of our maps are custom made, some were developed in Minecraft version 1.10 and some 1.15. VoltSiege should always be updating to the latest version so far 1.16.1 which it is.
And now what I am seeking is dedicated, talented people that are mature and would like to help VoltSiege succeed. If you are a person that likes to work with Minecraft servers and want to help out I highly suggest you contact me for further information as I would love to work with you and would be flexible arranging ways you can help out on the server. At this point, I am generally looking for developers and a couple of staff members to maintain the player base on VoltSiege. For example, if a player asks, “What am I supposed to do?” If this is your position (when received training) you can direct that player what to do. Overall, I am looking for a couple of game monitoring staff and lots of developers. I will not know how many of each role of staff until I can see how things progress.
I want VoltSiege to thrive in a way more than “this is VoltSiege, a random faction mode, and network.” I want to see more than that. For the people that also may be wondering if VoltSiege will shut down anytime soon? No, VoltSiege should be up and running one hundred percent of the time unless there is an emergency. The roles are global, but I am focusing on factions since there is so much opportunity you can add to it. To make things clear I will hire on the spot mainly unless otherwise. I will not make you go from the lowest rank to a developer because either way, I need support with the server since
time is money (basically for everything in Minecraft) and I’m not here to waste any of it.
Now that you see my concerns, I hope we can work together and make an amazing Minecraft server. I will provide links for where you can contact me. Some things about me I like to do is practice Java and Spigot development, train cats, and of course run servers really for the fun of it since its one of my top hobbies. I have been playing Minecraft since October 14, 2011, and been learning a lot since. All I ask is to investigate VoltSiege in your spare time and see if this is something you think you would be willing to help or maybe it is not for you. Thanks for taking the time to look at my introduction/ recruitment page it means a lot to me!
