STAFF JOB OPENINGS:

2x Developers -- Payed after the first two months of Donations*

2 Builders -- Payed after the first two months of Donations*

2x Helper -- Will be promoted to JrMod, Mod, SrMod

1x Community Manager

1x Graphics Designer -- Payed after the first two months of Donations*

CURRENT STAFF LIST: CLICK HERE

* - All payed staff will receive paying in this ratio:

50 % SERVER : 50% STAFF

So, in plain english: If the server makes £300 on one month, the server will receive £150 and the staff will get a percentage of the another £150

Owners : 50%

Admins / Managers : 25%

Builders / Developers / Graphic Designers : 25%

(NOTE: PAYCHECKS WILL NOT BE THE SAME EACH MONTH. YOU WILL BE PAYED A PERCENTAGE OF THAT MONTHS PROFIT)
