Yes Sir When did you first join our server?:

I ran a server with my brother and a few with friends. I have also created and ran guilds via discord for MMORPG's. What made you decide to apply for staff here?:
I like the amount of care this server has been given, for the early stages of development that it is already in. Honestly, I see the need for staff and just want to give a helping hand where I can. What skills do you bring to better our staff team?:
I'm currently a software developer and have dealt with certain problem cases in the past with colleagues, members of my own guild and servers.
I think good attributes that I can bring to the table revolve around software development (a.k.a. Bug Testing, Plugin Implementation) and People Skills (Level Head, Patient, Understanding)
On a side note: I like to believe that I have good grammar, so I can bring that to the table as well.

Hello everyone, this is a great server with heavily invested staff as of writing this message, we have currently brought on one more developer aboard and are still looking for more.
If you are interested at all in development or building, our staff here will ensure that you are up to speed and come out of this experience better than you came in. We will not force you to do any tasks and do not have deadlines or anything. We are a slow-paced server and work around the needs of the player base and our vision. We teach you the basics of anything that you are unsure on or want to learn.
By joining the Development Team, you get to experience the back-end of what we developers deal with on a daily basis. Writing scripts and developing plugins. We have a lot of ideas in mind, but trying to execute it as small team is just too much. That is why we came to this forums looking for more people/friends to help us out and learn with us!
By joining the Building Team, you get to express yourself and see your build come to life as it gets filled with player interaction events and npc's. We are planning to expand this in the future into a more extensive, but the main types of building would be. World Quest Areas, Large Scale Dungeons, Small Scale Dungeons, Towns, Castles, and much more!
Our end goal is to create a unique server, with custom plugins that the player can get immersed in. If this at all interests you, we hope you give us a chance and join our staff team!

Would you consider yourself an experienced moderator? Why?
Yes. I was a moderator for this partially well-known YouTuber with a pretty toxic fanbase, and I gained a lot of experience over the course of two months, before finally leaving because of a busy schedule.
How active would you be on the HerbalCraft Staff Team?
Up to 6 hours a day.
Do you have a microphone?
Describe the traits that characterize your type of moderation in 5 Keywords:
material (not emotional)
Additionally, I have also competed nationwide in mathmatics. In 2019, I won a bronze medal in Chicago's MathCon, a national event with over 400,000 competitiors. I believe this will help the server significantly, as I literally compete in being logical and precise, the ideal qualities in all moderators.
