Hello, I am currently a manager with 5+ years of experience. I go to Management school, also in real life experience (3 Years) I work as a manager on a shop called normal, in Norway. I'm not gonna tell you the address tho. If you want me as the manager please add me on discord. As my 5 years of managing, leader shipping servers I have learned the common staff processing, and have a lot of managerial skills. Motivation skills, this is a very important skill as a manager, sad staff members mostly Helpers & Moderators. I always make them happy, and mostly talk to them.
