Experience in said position : I have much experience in terms of moderating a server. I have moderated four different servers. The name are Star Wars: Vengeance, Dbc kai reborn, The Anime network and DBC Fighters.
What do you know about moderating: I don't know everything about moderating a server but I believe I know much. When certain chaotic situations pop up, I think logically and react accordingly, I attempt to make sure both parties that are involved in it are happy unless the blame rests on one person(Which is almost never the case with players).
I can take constructive criticism and hopefully better myself as a mod and use this criticism to better the server in which every way I can. I also know as a moderator, my enjoyment isn't my number one priority. My top priority is the happiness of the players of the server. Helping them with all their problems no matter how big or small they are in what ever way I can.
'Tis the duty of a moderator. I also know how to deal with certain players that make it their sole duty to bring everyone else's enjoyment down by acting appropriately to the action that they have caused. Another thing I know about moderating is when the situation is out of my hands. This being when, maybe a hacker has joined the server and I can't keep him under control. So I inform the higher staff who can deal with the situation. I also understand that some players are more sensitive than others and will stop players from provoking them.
Any other useful information we should know: I have a morbid addiction to memes and a weird sense of humor, but if it makes people uncomfortable I can tone it down a notch.

Experience in said position :I've had alot of experience in moderating servers, mostly small servers and I've got experience in pretty much all positions aswell. If needed I'll try to reach out to the owners and they can vouch for me, but I've lost contact with most of them.
What do you know about moderating:, although I don't know everything, I still do know alot about moderating. I handle difficult situations quickly and smoothly, and I always try to get to the core of the problem and make all the players involved happy. I knowythat my priority are the players of the server and their happiness.
Any other useful information we should know: I'm a logical person, and I enjoy helping other people. It just gives me a sense of grattitude when helping someone. I live in the CET timezone, and I will usually be offline for the weekends.

Experience in said position : I Co-Own a currently white listed server. I have experience in building, and also using other usefull tools**. I was a HeadAdmin on QueenFactions for a few months, and before that, a moderator on OP-Prison (currently deleted server, was big a year ago though.)
What do you know about moderating: Moderating a server isn't just about telling people what to do/not to do, it's about keeping the community safe and happy. This being said, my experiences in the past have given me a more colored mind rather than black and white. This allows me to keep my cool during heated situations, and to find the right solution to problems as soon as possible, and solve them. I want to bring my knowledge to this staff team, and I also want to learn from other members. These, combined, will allow me to do my best to insure the best for the server ipand it's community.
Any other useful information we should know: **I know how to HTML code and I also have experience with world edit and bukkit. I am on the rusty side but like riding a bicycle, is all comes back!
