I can help, but prefer a higher rank, I can create websites, host websites, can code (to an extent). Best area: player relations, player retention, and human resources. Perfected roles: PR manager, manager, admin, developer.

what can you bring to the server?: I can bring players to the server by advertising legally. I also can get my friends to join the server and possibly donate.
How can you handle stressful situations?: I am always very calm and will not get stressed easily unless the situation is really tensed. If there really is a point of time when i get stressed, i will fix the problem
How do you keep yourself from getting frustrated and lashing out on players?: I will not lash out at players as i believe everyone even of different status should deserve the same amount of respect, so instead of lashing out at players, i will tell them nicely instead i can do this because i have a high tolerance level.
Rate your maturity on a scale of 1-10 (10 being a lawyer and 1 being a 3 year old): 9.9 Honestly.
Why should you be a moderator over a helper (3-5 sentences): Firstly i am a Mod on 1 server and an Admin on another server. I am very experienced and professional at doing my job. I will not grief and never will. I will make sure no one swears or threatens each other. I want all the players to feel comfortable in the server. To me, Helper is just someone who helps out in the server, but a Moderator, is a player who is dedicated to the server and enjoys what the server offers. I really love prison and has played on 3 prison servers. I really love your unique way of bringing out an awesome prison server. Thank you for reading my application i will keep my promise for everything i said.
What can you bring to the server?: I am a very hard-working and serious person that loves to help people out, plus I manage a server of my own (which is used for my team to build maps for my YouTube channel) so I would have a lot of experience there. I personally think I'm a great choice, but it's not my decision.
How can you handle stressful situations?: Usually I just take a deep breath a think "If I get annoyed at this player, is it really worth it?" Usually, the answer is no, and I just keep calm. It's not easy though, but it works for me. Other things I would do include stepping out of the situation, but that won't really work here, since I can't just ignore someone if my job is to help them.
How do you keep yourself from getting frustrated and lashing out on players?: See above. Sorry, I feel that these two questions are the same thing.
Rate your maturity on a scale of 1-10 (10 being a lawyer and 1 being a 3 year old): 6-7 depending on the situation. Usually 7 though. Only 6 when I'm really bored, but most of the time I'm pretty mature.
Denied, more detail. (P.S. I am the Head of Staff.)
I can be a very thorough and fair moderator. I would make
sure mostly everyone knows the rules and follows them. I am not overly
strict and i'm not going to make players feel like thy are being bullied
by the staff. I can assure a players safety from offenders of the
rules. I will also try to make the server as fun and enjoyable as the
rules allow. I have am a pretty understanding person and don't judge
people based on there age, experience with the server, and gender. I
only afflict punishment based on fact and past offenses. I feel I give
110% to my jobs. I never let emotion cloud my judgment. I don't believe
just because a player is a regular on the server or a friend of mine.
They don't get to slide because they have connections. I am a fast
learner if you ever need anything done I am willing to learn how to do
it and get it done in a short time period. I have very small
backgrounds in c++, python, JavaScript, and C#.
How can you handle stressful situations?:
I'm the type of person who likes a challenge. I don't sweat
over the small stuff. I handle stressful situation with a calm and
collected head. I am the sibling of a younger brother and sister who
constantly fight. They rarely ever stress me out and I can usually
settle any dispute they have.
When I do get stressed ;however, it is not easy for someone to tell.
What basically happens is I just start working harder and get a little
more strict.
underline
How do you keep yourself from getting frustrated and lashing out on players?:
I count to 10 and maybe take a sip of water. If I have the
time then I examine the facts and the situation from a 3rd person view.
Then I determine the best solution. The way I think of it is, whats the
point of getting angry and basically hurting yourself and others If you
could try to solve the issue at hand instead. Also I am rarely known to
go into a intense rage. I should not have to lash out at players and
they should never lash out at staff. If I am part of the staff the
problem would be solved with little to no issue and no rage. I do not
have time for drama.
Rate your maturity on a scale of 1-10 (10 being a lawyer and 1 being a 3 year old):
I rate my maturity at 7.5. My mom says 7 (and trust me see
barley wares rose colored glasses) In 8th grade my teacher told me I
acted like an adult without trying. In school i'm known as the most
"normal one". I have won character awards and I have never cursed in my
life. I conduct my self in every professional manor. I never really have
a problem following rules or directions. If I am around friends or
family my maturity level drops to about a 6. I am a funny guy. I make a
lot of jokes. That doesn't mean I am immature.
Why should you be a moderator over a helper (3-5 sentences):
You know how a Police Officer has a badge and it gives him
jurisdiction to enforce the law. I would like to have that badge. I
wouldn't mind being a helper but I think I could do so much more as a
moderator. I also can read server logs and I am willing to learn about
anything I need to know. I work well with teams and help out anyway I
can. I am very mature and calm headed. I am always seeking to improve my
skill and learn more. when I play on the different servers I try to
settle disputes about hacking, sometimes it gets kind of ugly. I am
often told to "shut up", and told "you cant do anything your not a
helper or mod". I want to help settle those disputes and be able to do
something about it. Like the badge analogy in the beginning the tag
"Moderator" carries more weight than just a helper.
My broad learning ability and intelligence make me a fast problem
solver. I can think on my toes. Though I may not have vast experience I
know I can bring a lot to the table.

I can work from 3:30 to roughly 6:30 maybe later on week days (except Wednesday)

Sundays are especially tricky because of Jehovahs Witness meetings
(church).

I prefer that you message me than actually talk to me more often than
not. I may not always be near a microphone or have headphones. I am

What can you bring to the server?:
What can I say without sounding too cliché? A positive attitude, sarcasm, creativity. A dedicated moderator who's passionate about everything they do. I'm trustworthy without being overly trusting, responsible and faithful to the rules without being a mindless drone. I try lift people's spirits through humor or by listening and offering advice, or sometimes just telling people what they need to hear. I'm responsive and fairly available, and I'm more than happy to help you guys with extra tasks when you need it, provided I don't have some lecture to attend.
How can you handle stressful situations?:
I handle stress well. I'm very calm and very patient and very logical. I know where my capabilities lie, so I avoid putting way too much on my plate. If I have a lot on my plate already, I divide and conquer the work. If, for some reason, I'm unable to handle any amount of work, I can that up with people above me. When put in a stressful situation, I carefully assess the situation in a manner quick enough for any following actions to be properly effective.
How do you keep yourself from getting frustrated and lashing out on players?:
As previously stated, I'm very calm and patient, so I never find myself taking things out on players. When someone is being so unbearably rude or uncooperative that I find myself wanting to scream, I just take a moment to calm and collect myself, then I decide how to move forward. Either the player is breaking the rules, or they aren't. If they are, then I act accordingly: meaning simply stating the reason for their punishment and then carrying it out without going back and forth in an argument over it. If they aren't, then I take a deep breath and let it go. If there are any grey areas (because we all know the world isn't black and white), that's when it's time to take my evidence and have a proper discussion with my co-workers to see if we can come to a verdict as a team rather one authoritative figure.
Rate your maturity on a scale of 1-10 (10 being a lawyer and 1 being a 3 year old):
To be fair, there are some horribly immature lawyers. And this isn't exactly the most accurate way to measure maturity. Like, 10 sounds like I'm bragging or being dishonest, and I also sound like I'm stuck up and not a fun person. It's also purely situational. If I'm goofing off with my friends, then my maturity hovers at around a 7. But when disaster strikes, or duty calls, I pull out my lawyer powers and bring it up to a 10.
Why should you be a moderator over a helper (3-5 sentences):
I know how to handle people maturely and without bias. I can see both sides of a conflict between two players, which is something that they tend to really appreciate (no one likes to be handed the short end of the stick right off the bat). I'm also enthusiastic about helping those around me. Players tend not to take the 'Helper' role seriously, but I'm serious about enforcing the rules when they need to be enforced. I'm strict and I often have to play the role of the bad guy, but I do care about others and I care about making everyone feel comfortable on the server as to maintain a sense of equality and preserve the server's integrity.
Hello, you may have seen me on mc-market, but anyways.
