I can bring anything you would like me to bring. I have a very vast knowledge with servers. I have got about three years worth of experience, I started playing Minecraft in 1.2.5 (exactly). Ever since I started playing I continuously grew in many different ways. I grew YouTube-wise (I created a channel and got to approximately 500 subs and quite a few video views, because of this I became really good at Photoshop and Cinema4D).
I grew server-wise (On my very first server, I played for about a year, I was promoted three times because I'm a really good learner. I went from Player, to Moderator, to Admin, to Head-Admin, to Head of Staff (Third in command), but after this I resigned as the server was near its end.) I was a Helper on Hypixel, and finally I owned my own server for a really long time, so I'm really good with plugins and I'm in the process of becoming a bukkit dev (but that's unlikely as I stopped coding for a while).
How can you handle stressful situations?:
Throughout the year of being a staff member on an old server of a friend of mine, I encountered many situations where I'd really like to gouge out the eyes of a certain guest/player that tends to be really annoying. In these stressful situations, I've learned to keep my cool. I don't lash out on anyone, if they aren't breaking the rules, I'd ask them politely to stop doing whatever they are doing, in this case they usually listen as they are not completely inappropriate. In the case that a player does break the rules, I'd mute/kick/ban them depending on the severity of their actions.
How do you keep yourself from getting frustrated and lashing out on players?:
I keep myself from getting easily frustrated and lashing out on players simply by getting off my laptop and getting a drink of water. It has become really easy for me to ignore players that have become frustrating. I basically always keep my cool now because I have had so many situations in the past where it simply isn't worth lashing out on them.
Rate your maturity on a scale of 1-10 (10 being a lawyer and 1 being a 3 year old):
Honestly, I say an 8. I used to be quite immature, but I realized all it does is lose some respect from others. I grew and matured, but I still enjoy making some inappropriate jokes of course.
Why should you be a moderator over a helper (3-5 sentences):
I find myself being more a moderator over a helper mainly because of my experience. I have been useful to many servers as they grew, and being an ex-server owner myself, I understand the wants and needs of an owner. I understand their expectations and I understand their goals. I believe that I should be a moderator because I don't need as much training as a helper would nor as much help as a helper would when making decisions because I think that I am a fair judge and I also know that being a moderator is a big responsibility.
I had sent The owner a private message on Skype wondering if I had been accepted. I have not gotten a response yet but I was just wondering if he had accidentally forgotten or if I was denied. Sorry if I am being stubborn I just want to know if i made it and was accepted.
What can you bring to the server?: I am a very hard-working and serious person that loves to help people out, plus I manage a server of my own (which is used for my team to build maps for my YouTube channel) so I would have a lot of experience there. I personally think I'm a great choice, but it's not my decision.
How can you handle stressful situations?: Usually I just take a deep breath a think "If I get annoyed at this player, is it really worth it?" Usually, the answer is no, and I just keep calm. It's not easy though, but it works for me. Other things I would do include stepping out of the situation, but that won't really work here, since I can't just ignore someone if my job is to help them.
How do you keep yourself from getting frustrated and lashing out on players?: See above. Sorry, I feel that these two questions are the same thing.
Rate your maturity on a scale of 1-10 (10 being a lawyer and 1 being a 3 year old): 6-7 depending on the situation. Usually 7 though. Only 6 when I'm really bored, but most of the time I'm pretty mature.
What can you bring to the server?: i can bring good help to players in need of it.
How can you handle stressful situations?: I handle them well i hardly get upset in games
How do you keep yourself from getting frustrated and lashing out on players?: I just remain calm and think of it as if that they were my real boss and i didn't want to get fired.

Why should you be a moderator over a helper (3-5 sentences): I think i should be a mod because i have a lot of experience in the admin/mod position throughout various games. I have never been known to abuse my powers only use them to help with cleaning out the scum (hackers, cheaters etc). And i generally like to see good looking servers do good.
