Hello there forums wanderer, and welcome to the recruitment thead for Eon. This server is a work in progress and upcoming server that focuses on unique anime based gamemodes using custom maps and plugins! To be able to actually establish our community we will need staff members to help build and manage the servers. We need mostly builders at the moment but we still need the other staff ranks as well. For now we have on our network Akame ga Kill, Bleach, Angel Beats, Sword Art Online, and Attack on Titan but we hope to add more once we get builders and staff.

What experience do you have with staff positions?: None, I would like to gain some experience though. I'm somewhat good at breaking up arguments and great at using common sense.
How would you benefit the server?: I'm a friendly guy who likes playing multiplayer, I try to help other users where ever I can.
What is the role of a Mod?: To break up arguments and kick/ban the people who are breaking server rules.
How much time can you dedicate to the server?: half an hour/1 hour a day

What experience do you have with staff positions?: I have been a moderator and an administrator on several other servers. I am very easy going and friendly, but firm when the time is needed. However, generally the servers I attend to are infiltrated by hackers who break the server. I generally want to be administrator to prevent this from happening on this server, which seems to have much time invested into it.
What would you do if you had to deal with multiple ban appeals and many people were pressuring you to get them done, but you only had time for one?: First, I would get everyone to calm down, or risk extended ban time. Next, I would dig into my information of the players, such as who behaves generally better than others. People who ask for ban appeals, yet are well-known for their spamming/griefing/hacking will not get ban appeals so easily. Others, who may have just forgotten, and behave well most of the time, will be most likely to get a ban appeal. I would scan for the best behaved person, and give them a ban appeal, after giving them another warning about further punishment the next time he or she messes the server up.
How would you benefit the server?: I would benefit this server, because I believe my personality really triumphs over others. I am responsible, but more important than that, wise. I am not bias, unlike many other staff members on other servers. I very much dislike people who tend to judge arguments based on people they favor. A job is a job. There is no favoritism towards a given party, even if they generally behave well. I will take care of my duties as administrator, and actually try to respect the job, not use it to abuse other players who didn't get admin. The position of admin should only go to someone who can, yes, be kind and fair, but also someone who isn't too intimidated to change something. I work very well with others, due to my ability to be patient, and somewhat understanding. I am also very mature, as I hope my previous statements have demonstrated, and I know when and what to do at the right moment.
What is the role of an Admin?: The role of an Admin is to be at the 2nd step of the management pyramid (aside from Owner and *potential*Co-Owner) The admin approves of mod applications, and helps the server function smoothly. An Admin knows the necessary commands needed for punishment, and knows when to be serious, and when to have some fun. Admins want to help the server expand and grow. Admins are one of the best way to maintain order on the server and make sure that everyone is behaving well. Admins know to be fair to everyone, and try to communicate in a civilized manner. An Admin will know what to do in different cases, such as spam, griefing, and hacking. Admins try to make the server as best as it can be, and keep a positive, team attitude.
How much time can you dedicate to the server?: I can be on everyday from about 4:00-8:00 somewhat. Only on special event days will I either be late, or early.

I would benefit the server by enforcing rules, going through ban appeals, helping with building, and just being friendly to players and staff.
What is the role of an Admin?:
An Admin is one of the highest staff ranks on a Minecraft server, excluding Co-Owner and Owner (of course). Most Admins are expected to help whenever needed, enforce the rules, and help build (depending on the server). If a player is breaking the rules, Admins are expected to give at least one warning. If the rule-breaking continues, the warning is followed by a temporary ban, and then a permanent ban. And helping whenever needed is kind of self-explanatory, Admins are expected to answer questions, look at reported hackers or etc..
How much time can you dedicate to the server?:
10-15 hours/week because of school... When I get off of school, probably about 20-25 hours/week.

I also can Help out when people dont understand something such as if they dont know how to post on the forums i could help them out or if they dont know how to make factions i could help them out and if there new to factions i think i know enough where i could teach about OP Faction, Regular Factions, SkyWars, SkyBlock, PotPVP, OP Prision, Prision, Creative, And More.
I think i can help alot of people answer questions and knowing the answers fast. I can help when there may be a hacker and i can definitly help when anyone needs it!. But I also want to help people positivity and play time on the server i wanna motivate people and hope for the best or luck for anyone. I think i can definitly help out any new players to the server and hope they enjoy there time on the server.
I'm very good at working and communicating with other players and I work fairly fast and as best as I can to get the job done in a timely manor as well as done to the best of my ability. I'm always making new friends on the server and chatting with lots of others. I'm also a fast learner/team player. As of every other server I have been staff on, I have been complemented on how well I communicate and work with others. Not only can I work faster than most I can also work under pressure. I'm very good at multi-tasking. Also my goal as a helper is to ensure a fun, safe environment for all players. As issues arise, I will strive to handle them with utmost professionalism and equality. It is my mission to maintain the peace on this wonderful server!

If the people have missing Ranks, Perks, Or Some Buyable Item I will try to make a note and remember they need their rank then tell a staff later on when they get on. In general I try to be as nice as possible to everyone as no one deserves to be treated horribly.
Well,I try to be on as much as possible.Also,I will not ignore anyone.There might be some times where I cant get to them now but I will definitely get to them later.I will try my best,I am very good at colorcoding. I will seriously try my best to help people.I already help people without the rank,its just that sometimes when I answer them,my answer gets lost in chat.I know I can just ./m them the answer but sometimes I am just tired and forget to do it.And I am generally really tired do to my schedule (karate,football,guitar)And knowing that these are everyday except saturday,I tend to be really tired and forgot alot.I just want people to know that they can ask me,cause I dont get alot of msgs right now saying "Can you help me".And sometimes,even I miss people who ask for help in chat.It'd just be better if they saw me with the helper tag,Asked me if I can help them.Cause that way,I wont miss anyone that needs help and will be able to help them,and they wont miss me in chat.

I'd probably say both, it doesn't really matter depending on your perspective. Nonetheless, the fact that it has content from anime that has a pretty big fan base and a name for itself can do so much for such a uncommon yet impressive idea to attract people who's interested in that "field" per se, community. I think it sounds promising. Could this be the Otaku army's been waiting for? I hope to find that out soon.

I love talking to people in game and i love interacting with people and talking in general whether factions related server related etc.. and overall i am a fast typer i can answer questions fast im very active on the forums and in game and i like making funny jokes but still be mature about it and i love giving everyone a chance at everything and i wish good luck to everyone and most staff is already good at there job. I'd probably say both, it doesn't really matter depending on your perspective. Nonetheless, the fact that it has content from anime that has a pretty big fan base and a name for itself can do so much for such a uncommon yet impressive idea to attract people who's interested in that "field" per se, community. I think it sounds promising. Could this be the Otaku army's been waiting for? I hope to find that out soon.

What experience do you have with staff positions?: L used to be a mod on a server that went down, the owners name was Wolf1375, he has an inactive youtube
How would you benefit the server?: I like talking to random people so if nothing is going wrong I may start a random conversation with someone who looks bored, i also think im good at building simple hunger / survival game maps, even though i suck at building everything else
What is the role of a Mod?: make sure everyone is following the rules and be strict if needed
How much time can you dedicate to the server?:Ill be honest, during the week i may not be on much but friday - sunday ill be on as much as needed
