As someone who plays Minecraft on a daily basis, this is very important to me. I am willing to put in lots of effort to ensure everybody can have fun in their free-time to play Minecraft.
*Any past experience in this field or something similar?
I have had 2 networks, and most of my experience comes from singular servers. Mostly with heavy competition, leading me to stop my server. I usually get from around 20-70 (depending on time) on those servers. I only had 3 of those, but my last one had 75% custom plugins. The competition story is long, and I will not go in depth on it now.
*Have you ever managed a server / network before?
Yes, in 2 cases. I started off my first network about 2.5 years ago. I had less experience on working with servers and eventually I shut it down. My second network was a network I started with a friend. We had a solid player base of 75+ people on at a time. Unfortunately, my social life was crippling and eventually it led up to me resigning, and now I have more time. I am no longer welcomed on that network but it is still online and doing well. I hope to start a 100% charity network in the near future.
*Would you still want this job even if it had high stress?
I know have honestly mentioned stress bringing me down in the past, but since then I have learned to overcome those obstacles. I still would want this job honestly. I am more and more getting used to this high stress thing. I will work as hard as possible. The stress will help me do my best.
*How many hours are you willing to dedicate a day/week?
I can dedicate about 4-5 hours on weekdays (MON-FRI) and around 6-7 on weekends. Sometimes I may not be home on weekends but I still try to dedicate the little time I am home in those situations.
*How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated staff member?
I will work hard, and stay dedicated to this position as much as I can to achieve many things with this great server.
*Describe your personality to us:
I like to be friendly and funny at the same time, without hurting any persons feelings. I am always dedicated and I solve as many problems as I can. Ignoring problems is never a good thing but I have learned to address them as efficiently as possible.

I am currently 15, turning 16 soon. I love to play Minecraft and professionally moderate servers, code plugins, and help with more of that stuff. Most of the time that I am not on my computer I like to play basketball. Eventually I have games now and then, but I am in the off season until October- where I hope to continue helping this server grow and develop.
