Variety of different kits. Our kit system works differently than normal kit systems. You obtain currency from killing other players. You can use this currency to purchase better equipment. Equipment drops on death and can be stored away. This way when you fight someone, you either win or lose gear. Armor is not to be taken for granted.
We use a one of a kind storage system. This isn't just your average ender-chest. This chest has the capacity of a double chest. Also, you can unlock more storage chests, to store even more of your spoils in.
We have a large, versatile arena, designed to be used for all types of play. Want to be a swordsman? Stay on the ground or below in the sewers and slice and dice your victims. Want to be an archer? Take to the skys and sit atop a bridge while you shoot your victims down below.

I did some research, and you are correct, you can't copyright it, but it's still a horrible and unethical thing to do and I think the server should be closed even though it probably wont happen... The owner should be banned from the forums at least, for advertising for something he stole from another person.

Most of these quote-unquote "copyrights" are people trying to keep others from copying their things in a seemingly-professional manner.
You can, however, use ideas of maps and create them yourself. As long as you made it yourself, it is yours.
I love this server so much, it is a VERY unique kit pvp server. I've never seen anything quite like it. IT ROCKS TO THE MAX. I would really like to help you out with your ranks I'm pretty good at Groupmanager if you need help. Please do contact me if you do i would love to help.

It's best to ask your lawyer, although copyrighting a Minecraft map is pretty pointless in the first place. It's extremely hard to enforce a copyright like that and it's not gonna stop people from building stuff that is similar, but if you want a real answer to your question, here it is:

Stole the map of MC-Core. They grabbed some of the mods ip and ddossed them! You can actually copy other maps by downloading map downloader. You ripped off all the stuff from MC-Core not just the map, but they tried to copy all the plugins too, this post should be closed.
We all know you are one of "ownagepvps" friends. Pretty much, they grabbed the mods ip when they joined ownagepvp because they heard rumors about the copy. Afterwards they DDosed them.

We all have something in common, we hate this server and think it should be banned kuz its a copy
also the admins are rude to the players
