I'd just like to point out that you said "xray detectors that detect xray for you", and not anti-xray.
The current anti-xray plugins all have something to do with having ore and such veiled by some sort of block. This is not the same as an xray detector as xray dectectors DETECT if a player is using xray. The anti-xray blocks will appear for EVERY player on the server.

Who says this server has anti-xray? The current anti-xray plugins cause quite a bit of lag, and considering this server fills up very quickly during the day, it would only cause more problems for the server. (Based on my speculations)
I've also seen a lot of buggy anti-xray plugins in which ore that is shown will not appear. (on servers on the front page of minestatus too)

logblock is a good idea but not on a pvp server with other mods that are more important, don't need logblock to be lagging it out. Besides it can also be proven to be wrong. I have seen this on other server's. There is never just 1 person to witness a xrayer, and its always another admin or owner of the server.

Well last time I saw someone ask what's the point of anti xray, they just lag the server. Then Mark or another warden repied saying they catch people everyday with it. Explain please. That shows this server has anti xray.

We do have anti-xray - it's called our WARDENS. We can float on top of a mine and watch people who are obviously x-raying. There are tell-tale signs. Such as you digging "trenches" that were only 4 deep, then as soon as you thought they were gone; you started digging straight down to bedrock in 1x1 holes. Mind you, no hole you dug left you without a diamond. You made sure the 1x1 "random" hole you chose had at least 2 in it.
We don't need a plug-in to know someone is x-raying. And as an owner of the server, I don't need proof either. Nor do I need Roniya, the person who banned you, to provide proof as I was sitting in vent listening to her explain to me every action you were taking. We trust our wardens, if we didn't they wouldn't hold admin positions on our server.
I suggest you go find another server to play on because you won't be unbanned here.

Your argument is invalid. I'm Asian. I went from C-block to FREE within 5 days. Am I banned? No. Why? Because I don't xray.
