But on a more serious note, i don't have anything against potters. Its part of the game and there is no reason to nerd them. Maybe start selling harm pots in the guard shop though so guards will stop raging. I love being guard despite everyone viewing me as prey and potters trying (and failing because i'm pro at pot dodging and insta eat ) to kill me. Makes the game more fun for me. Don't mean to sound mean, but its kind of stupid of you guys to quit just because you die a few times from people with pots. Just move on. I've lost every good item i ever had and i'm still guarding and still as happy to be one as i was from day one.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I know that I am the best choice for guard because I have been playing for a while now and know that there are times when no guards are on or that there are but they need help with breaking a riot or containing some troublesome prisoners. I know that there are also a lot of Frees, sometimes like me, who like to go around and kill C's and other prisoners for fun. While I don't kill C's normally I do out of self-defense and not for fun like others might. It ruins their gameplay and is not fair for them to grind so many logs or countless stacks of cobblestone just to have somebody else come and kill them, take their things, and go happily sell them without a second thought. I would like help put and end to this. I have also witnessed the griefing of the tree farm, one of the C Prisoner's main source of money. Guards normally don't get there in time to stop it, and I would like to help out with it, as it disrupts the other prisoner's gameplay as the Tree farm is the root of all tools for C Prisoners and without it, they have nothing. It is also not fair to the people who, out of generosity, decide to spend some of their money to buy saplings and help replant, because of one's decision to make the other's gameplay the worst possible, just to have another griefer happily take the last one's place. The cycle repeats, so many times, and I would like to end it. I remember that my time as a C was sometimes ruined by one coming and killing me, so as I stated, I would like to do my part and help end it. There are many people out there, prisoners and frees alike, who think they are better than the rest of us and can do whatever they want to do. These kinds of people must be punished for the error of their ways. If I become a trainee, I would like for the C Prisoners to have comfort in the knowledge that they must not fear the shadows when I come online to correct the evildoers and make sure they know not to mess with their fellow inmates again. I believe, that I am ready, and I hope Noakii and the other trainees, guards, alphas, and wardens agree with me.

I haven't lost anything valuable. Mainly because I don't have anything valuable to lose :/
However frustrating pots may be, the best way to avoid them is to constantly jump and strafe from side to side. I find this usually saves me alot of frustration. I managed to make someone miss 20 pots that way. And when someone is throwing pots, better have your food out.

LegitCreed69 jailed me after I had given him my swords when he asked. I give him one, he stopped counting for a sec, and then continued, so I tossed him another sword. He never asked for all swords, which I would've taken as a cue to /suicide by him, and skipped straight to jailing me. I previously, when having my swords, been told that having many swords is not a jailable offense. And that the guard should simply ask the person for all of them at once, or kill said person. Legitcreed69 denied this, and jailed immediately, and due to the lack of ability to chat while jailed, I couldn't explain, and have him undo it.

You just have to ask for ALL swords, instead of continuing, how the hell do you think I'll toss that many swords in 5 seconds? The reason why I do that is because I'm bored. I can't pvp like anyone else because I have a shitty comptuer that lags constantly in minecraft. I can't stand the monotony of becoming rich, and well, this is the only thing I can do ingame.

Its not against the rules however. Meaning its a wrongful jail, as there is no rule stating otherwise. So if one guy does it once just to see what'll happen its not wrongful. But when I do my thing it is? That makes no sense whatsoever. Based on that, there would be NO rule on it, just that the guard thinks: Oh your annoying, JAIL. Besides, theres ways to easily ditch them, I said one ingame. The mod Convienent Inventory lets you throw all of an item with one click.

I highly recomend builder as a guard if it means anything. He is great at PvP. He is very repectable and never breaks the rules. I see him on all the time so he is active. Builder for guard!

I haven't lost anything valuable. Mainly because I don't have anything valuable to lose :/
However frustrating pots may be, the best way to avoid them is to constantly jump and strafe from side to side. I find this usually saves me alot of frustration. I managed to make someone miss 20 pots that way. And when someone is throwing pots, better have your food out.
LegitCreed69 jailed me after I had given him my swords when he asked. I give him one, he stopped counting for a sec, and then continued, so I tossed him another sword. He never asked for all swords, which I would've taken as a cue to /suicide by him, and skipped straight to jailing me. I previously, when having my swords, been told that having many swords is not a jailable offense. And that the guard should simply ask the person for all of them at once, or kill said person. Legitcreed69 denied this, and jailed immediately, and due to the lack of ability to chat while jailed, I couldn't explain, and have him undo it.
He shouldn't have continued to count. you can't throw an inv of swords in 5 seconds
~*Story*~ You pulled out a sword. I said " Sof sword" "5" "4" "3" You threw me the sword. We then repeated this 3 more time and i got tired of it. So the next sword you pulled out I started to count down and you threw it but pulled out another right after so i continued to count down without starting over. this happened untill i reached 0 so i then jail him. I apologize if this was wrong doing on my behalf but I believe I did the right thing. Why do people like to troll the guards that help you so much anyways. I will make no further comments on this situation.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I think I'm the best choice for guard because I don't rage , I respect the staff, etc. I'm good at pvp. I spend a lot of time on the server (Mainly fighting) I have been a guard before and I had fun while being a guard. I'm also on a lot of the time so when there are those times when no guards are on I will most likely be on. I like this server a lot. The staff are respectfull (most of them). I will not break the Guard/Server rules ever, Nor will I abuse.
8) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of your rank when/if you retire from guard? I'm Free. Yes I realize I'm going to need proof.

You just have to ask for ALL swords, instead of continuing, how the hell do you think I'll toss that many swords in 5 seconds? The reason why I do that is because I'm bored. I can't pvp like anyone else because I have a shitty comptuer that lags constantly in minecraft. I can't stand the monotony of becoming rich, and well, this is the only thing I can do ingame.
Its not against the rules however. Meaning its a wrongful jail, as there is no rule stating otherwise. So if one guy does it once just to see what'll happen its not wrongful. But when I do my thing it is? That makes no sense whatsoever. Based on that, there would be NO rule on it, just that the guard thinks: Oh your annoying, JAIL. Besides, theres ways to easily ditch them, I said one ingame. The mod Convienent Inventory lets you throw all of an item with one click.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I probably don't, but I really want to. Your server is the only reason I still play Minecraft. I am an 8 - 9 month vetneran and I would very much appreciate it.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I think I am a good choice to be a guard because I am dedicated and love your server. I have noticed the lack of guards after 2 am in my time zone and would like to contribute to making the server better. If there is no law and order when it comes to servers then people will not want to play because of the people who are ruining their experience. I want to keep that law and order to prevent that so we can all have an enjoyable time on your server. I am a good prisoner and only fight if someone attacks me or one of my friends. I get along fine with most of the guards and respect all of them. I also have guards who recomend me. I am always willing to learn from the people who are willing to teach. I am good at PVP and hope to better myself in the future. Also I have noticed a lot of gaurds retiring and hope to fill the gap in numbers. In conclusion these are just a few reasons why I think I should be given a chance to become one of your guards.
