7)Why are you the best choice for guard? I believe I can be a very good choice for guard. I have experience in PVP from other PVP and Capture the Flag servers. I also have experience in enforcing rules due to being HeadAdmin on another server. I am also very trustworthy and hardworking, and will do whatever must be done to enforce the rules. I have seen and taken note on what the guards do, so I already know a lot of what I need to do, and what I don't know how to do I could learn very quickly. I really want to be guard, because I believe I will be able to enforce the rules fairly and correctly. I also have been online when no other guards were online and saw many contraband items and PVPing, and I would like to help put a stop to this. I want to try to make the server more fair and fun for everyone, especially the new people, by making sure they do not get killed right away. Why i deserve to be unbanned: i really do enjoy this server i have been playing for a while now. I was thinking on applying for guard because i have been guards on other prison servers and i think this one stands out to me the most because the wardens get involved in the jail. They host events, cafeteria servings, it's nothing i have seen before in a jail server. I would really like to continue playing on it.
Additional Info: I was just fighting around and uh yea i just got banned lol. i would understand jail but ban?

4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? I have read all the rules 2 or 3 times now. Still re-reading just to make sure I don't break them.
5) Any experience with the prison genre? This is my first server, and others i have tried after joining this one haven't been as good. The only other prison genre experience I have is with the game The Chronicles Of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay.
6) What is your time zone? GMT -6
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? Reading the rules as much as I have is just by option. I'm going to continue to make sure that they are fresh in my head so my prosecutions are accurate. I will (upon acceptance) swear my loyalty to the guard faction and stand up for whats right. I shall carry out disciplinary actions swiftly and without consequence. Any decision that I have made will be made with a level head. I respect higher authority and have no problem following the rules that have been laid out. Not to mention the fact that I like the wardens.. Especially Noakii <somewhere in the application.> I do have a lot of spare time and I am on and off for a few hours at a time throughout the day. Most of all, due to the fact that I am a little older than some people that play the game, I am able to be up later hours of the night in my time zone so if I am accepted a guard will consistently be on throughout the night as well as the day. As if that wasn't enough. I have a lot of minecraft experience in itself so that wouldn't be an issue in any case what so ever. I also learn swiftly and examine things closely just to be sure that I do not make a mistake. If I do get accepted I am certain that the acceptor of the application will not be disappointed in my actions spoken as my duty as a guard. After all, actions speak louder than words. On top of that I would like to get the full prison experience and the only way to do that is of course to have a guard character.
