7) Why are you the best choice for guard?
I think I am fit for the job because I love enforcing justice, I am fit for the job, and I am friends with multiple guards and know the rules. I am the perfect person to become the next trainee, and if you spend 3 minutes to read what I've written you will not be disappointing.
I would be honored to take up this position of trainee (and maybe later guard) simply because I love enforcing rules, and more-so minecraft / Convicted. I think if I could combine the both of them not only would I be an extremely active player and an even better guard. That would be an enjoyable experience for me and the players under my authority.
I am a very sociable person. I have Skype and a mic so I can talk with you guys if needed. I've been told many times I have the maturity / voice of a 14+ year old. I get along very well with other people and am not afraid to voice my opinion, or give others the time and respect to voice theirs. I'm friends with many dedicated members on the server, one of them being a trainee whose name I will leave out for now. I love talking to people and this would is another reason to consider me for the position of Trainee.
I am more than familiar with both the player rules and the Guard rules, and I believe they are well-spoken, and deserve to be in place. Enforcing said rules would be a pleasure and an enjoyment for me, and I believe I can make MC-Convicted a better place by doing so. Rules are needed, as well as people to enforce them.
I have lots of experience in the Player VS Player aspect of Minecraft, and have been playing / practicing on PvP servers since Beta, and am quite good at both typing (/kit potions) and using potions during PvP to maximize damage and health. I play MCTiMV quite often (stream daily), and am getting better and better at PvP every day. If you add me as a Trainee, I assure you I will not be losing many fights. If you believe I am not skilled enough I would be more than happy to demonstrate in practice fights.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Im really sorry, this is a great server, and i really want to start playing on it again. I was tired, and I think I was just in a bad mood, but I assure you it will not happen again. If I ever get bored of the server again, I will peacefully leave. If I had any in-maturity on the server before, it is gone now, and I follow the rules. Any additional information: I have played on this server for a long time, and I am a dedicated prison server player. Alphas are banning these people on the 1st offense and I'm just saying please stop. What's the point of mute if u just ban?

If someone rlly manual spams, it depends on the alpha if they want to ban or mute, banning is one of the quicker options, while muting is probably for the minor cases of spam. Some people might spam even after they had a 30 minute mute.

But through the course of positive sides in the server,there are some negative sides i've been seeing in the server like: Aimbotting,Autofish,X-Ray,Auto-Aim,Auto-Sprint,Kill Aura,Forcefield,ect.And i've seen that there were (in my opinion) not enough guards to handle these kind of problems alone,so i thought to my self why not i apply to become a guard,that way the server will be fun & fair for everyone.I want to help people,now that's what i want to do,respecting each others & helping everyone! I believe if we do that,we can keep the server fun,fair,clean,and safe!
*To be COMPLETELY honest,i never really want to become a guard because..eh..The times where it can (often) be hard maintaining situations like a lot of PvP,help request,ect.But thinking over it,since i like helping people when they're in some kind of trouble and defending other people,it completely changed my mind.Being really social with other people can gain you respect and friendship,that's what i like to do in any servers.Although i don't speak too much on the server and seldom "Helps" you can see me as a "Silent Partner".I'm pretty easy at being friendly towards people if they respect other players as well.
*And if your wondering i can PvP well or not....Well,i'm decent at it,of course if lag doesn't curse me.
*Another thing i would like to mention is thati really don't like people using hacks.It's the thing that really annoys me when playing on a server,in any server for all that matter,it's always something to do with hacking.The majority of people using hacks on servers really ruins the fun of the game or objective for this matter,because i just don't really see the point of hacking,it may be fun for them that are using hacks but for the people that's playing the game legit and wants the objective to be done and get it over with can get annoyed sometimes because of...well...HACKS (Go figure).It's always the same problem in (most) games is just hacking,and to the point of people really want them to be punished and re-think of what they've done to other people.
*I don't have the heart to the people who just recklessly killing/harassing innocent people for No.ABSOLUTE.Reason (other than being "Fun").It just sounds plain wrong and rediculous,i mean,they don't deserve to be treated like that,it sounds unfair to me.To whom you disagree with this matter,let's just say this: #You're a new guy,who just joined a new server,spawn and read the rules,like what other people would do.THEN you go out to the "Battlefield",you look at all of those Full enchanted diamond armor people with OP sword/s,and then you think "Oh,i can't die if i just sprint into Safe-zones,that way i can get place-to-place easy!".But guess what happened,you died with (Probably) 1-3 hits with the OP Diamond sword/s.# Now that's with no armour and no items,but what happens if you have oh let's say 48 Iron Ore,no armour and that's not even included with other items you have in your inventory,and then you get killed by those guys,don't you think that's unfair and rediculous?They think they kill other people "Just for the lulz ",but other people think "For the free stuffs! :3".And,i will show no mercy to the people who just recklessly killing/harassing innocent people.This is just my opinion,it might be different for you,but hey,everybody has their own different opinions!
*Oh,and I've also have experienced about the prison genre on the Killion Server,it was fun too.Also the jobs are almost identical so it isn't a big problem for an experienced player from another prison server.

P.S: I got tempban for 3 days (For using pots in TQ,me and my foolish actions,i was a bit p!ssed off by some guy at that time,and got carried away ),and it has been 2 days now.BUT,when i tryed to login to the server today(for some weird reason),i got this:

I have seen in many cases users mistreating server rules and disobeying the respect of admin and mods and i dont appreciate that. I have never used hacks in any situation and always obey the wishes of the higher authority. i play by the rules and live by the rules because it honestly destroys the purpose of the world if people just come into a server to grief and try to get banned. Its not fair to the other players if people run around aimlessly trying to kill other players for no apparent reason when all they have to do is follow the rules and they will be a higher rank in no time! I will enforce the rules and make sure that people like that are stopped and that the server is a better place for all users and players alike.

Second,i know it's just a 3 day tempban,but when i saw it was still "2 Days 23 Hours 59 minutes" today,i just got a little bit panic,thinking it was kind of a glitch of some sorts,i just need some sort of confirmation if this is just a common glitch/bug.

*To be COMPLETELY honest,i never really want to become a guard because..eh..The times where it can (often) be hard maintaining situations like a lot of PvP,help request,ect.But thinking over it,since i like helping people when they're in some kind of trouble and defending other people,it completely changed my mind.Being really social with other people can gain you respect and friendship,that's what i like to do in any servers.Although i don't speak too much on the server and seldom "Helps" you can see me as a "Silent Partner".I'm pretty easy at being friendly towards people if they respect other players as well.
*And if your wondering i can PvP well or not....Well,i'm decent at it,of course if lag doesn't curse me.
*Another thing i would like to mention is that i really don't like people using hacks .It's the thing that really annoys me when playing on a server,in any server for all that matter,it's always something to do with hacking.The majority of people using hacks on servers really ruins the fun of the game or objective for this matter,because i just don't really see the point of hacking,it may be fun for them that are using hacks but for the people that's playing the game legit and wants the objective to be done and get it over with can get annoyed sometimes because of...well...HACKS (Go figure).It's always the same problem in (most) games is just hacking,and to the point of people really want them to be punished and re-think of what they've done to other people.
*I don't have the heart to the people who just recklessly killing/harassing innocent people for No.ABSOLUTE.Reason (other than being "Fun").It just sounds plain wrong and rediculous,i mean,they don't deserve to be treated like that,it sounds unfair to me.To whom you disagree with this matter,let's just say this: #You're a new guy,who just joined a new server,spawn and read the rules,like what other people would do.THEN you go out to the "Battlefield",you look at all of those Full enchanted diamond armor people with OP sword/s,and then you think "Oh,i can't die if i just sprint into Safe-zones,that way i can get place-to-place easy!".But guess what happened,you died with (Probably) 1-3 hits with the OP Diamond sword/s.# Now that's with no armour and no items,but what happens if you have oh let's say 48 Iron Ore,no armour and that's not even included with other items you have in your inventory,and then you get killed by those guys,don't you think that's unfair and rediculous?They think they kill other people "Just for the lulz
*Oh,and I've also have experienced about the prison genre on the Killion Server,it was fun too.Also the jobs are almost identical so it isn't a big problem for an experienced player from another prison server.

P.S:
I got tempban for 3 days (For using pots in TQ,me and my foolish actions,i was a bit p!ssed off by some guy at that time,and got carried away
),and it has been 2 days now.BUT,when i tryed to login to the server today(for some weird reason),i got this:**This picture has been removed by the user :P**
And as you can clearly see it's dated 22 January 2013 (Bottom right of the pic),i got that tempban at 20 January 2013,but oddly enough it still says on the minecraft screen i still got tempbanned for 3 days.Can anyone confirm this is as a bug/anything perhaps?I don't want a Tempban turn into a PermBan-

4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules?i have thoroughly read all the rules:)
5) Any experience with the prison genre? i have played on 3 other prison servers and am a vigilant enforcer of the rules.
6) What is your time zone? i live in argentina (dont quite know what that time zone is haha)
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? Because i have experience with these servers and i always follow the rules and dont appreciate it when others dont because it takes away from the experience. I have seen in many cases users mistreating server rules and disobeying the respect of admin and mods and i dont appreciate that. I have never used hacks in any situation and always obey the wishes of the higher authority. i play by the rules and live by the rules because it honestly destroys the purpose of the world if people just come into a server to grief and try to get banned. Its not fair to the other players if people run around aimlessly trying to kill other players for no apparent reason when all they have to do is follow the rules and they will be a higher rank in no time! I will enforce the rules and make sure that people like that are stopped and that the server is a better place for all users and players alike.
8) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of your rank when/if you retire from guard? i am currently a c-block prisoner with hopes of moving up and yes i understand

2. It says 3 days until your tempban is over (I just got past a 1 week tempban)
First of all,Thanks!
Second,i know it's just a 3 day tempban,but when i saw it was still "2 Days 23 Hours 59 minutes" today,i just got a little bit panic,thinking it was kind of a glitch of some sorts,i just need some sort of confirmation if this is just a common glitch/bug.

That's wha I'm saying - until it's 100% over, the time won't change. It will say 3 days until the 3 days is up. It's not a glitch
