I have a lot of experience on this server. I have been all of the ranks including A, B, C, and D so I think that in that way I can help make the server better by knowing it more. I'm also an op free so I have experience with riots on the other side but now I'd like to experience it from a guards point of view. Another reason experience would come in handy is because I know how everything works which would be great for a guard to know (a lot of guards don't know how it works and abuse). People like me on the server so it would be a great reason to promote me because people would know me and trust me to keep the server safe. Another great reason to promote me would be how I'm really good at PVP and I would help keep the server clean of frees that riot (not that I would be stopping all the fun xD). Not only am I good at PVP but I have good items such as potions, swords, etc. which would be good for keeping the server safe. The current guards are not really keeping the server safe because some of them are very bad at it (not naming any names) but promoting more experienced guards would be a good idea because its more likely that guards actually get to do some of the enforcing. Also, I have a lot of free time after school and will be a very active guard. I would like to experience this server from a different point of view than free and I am very responsible (definitely enough to be promoted) so if you think I'm worthy of becoming guard please consider promoting me!

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? The first thing that comes into my mind when I read this is experience. I was a guard before and I know the commands for jailing and the rules; but then again I am a bit rusty with them since I haven't been a guard in quite some time. If you ask why I am not guard anymore on the other server that is because I quit since the server did not care about its players so I made a good decision by leaving that place.
I also am very respectful to my peers and elders. Meaning I am fair to everyone and if someone breaks a rule I shall enforce that rule to that player who disobeys it. I always obey and listen to people who are in charge. Plus I can always come on right after school finishes to come and help with the other fellow guards making sure that all the rules are being applied. Not as much as I would have wanted, I was a guard on a friend of mine's server until occupants of such server slowly dwindled down, I utterly enjoyed doing it though. 6)Whatis your time zone? Central. 7)Why are you the best choice for guard?(1-2 paragraph) I find I am a cold, and logical person. I try my best in all areas, and I tend to be impartial and unbiased. I hope to believe I am a somewhat good player as well. I adhere to the rules as best I can, and I would say that I’d be a good addition to your team for guarding. Though that is just my opinion, and tending to be my own it is biased, I hope this might give you some insight into my thought process.
Though this is true, I find I would be a good candidate for this position for all of the above reasons. In practice, it takes someone who can work unbiased to do good work on a server, or any artificial means. I have been on multiple RP servers, and multiple servers in general, and I have in each case attempted to do my best. On two servers, currently closed, I functioned as a GM (Global Moderator). This aids me in experience, and I feel it contributes to my validity as a candidate.
Whilst I have played on Convicted, I would fancy that I know a great abundance of the rules of the server. I seek it my goal to try and work my utmost hardest, be it working in the Omega mines or that of the PVP standpoint, holding my ground in PVP to the point where I've been complimented about it. I try it my best to make good decisions and acquaintances though, I've made my fair share of enemies. I am probably a little bit more active than what I should be, I am usually on whenever I have time, I've taken some all nighters whilst on the server, I can guarantee that you will usually see me on. You can usually depend I will take the mature stand point whilst in an argument, though to add that, one of my biggest weaknesses is taking things too seriously and not recognizing when something is supposed to be perceived to be a 'joke'. 8)Do you understand that nagging Wardensin-game to read your app will result in immediate decline? I would consider myself the best choice for guard because I am a trustworthy player who will uphold the the rules of the server and punish players when the time is necessary. That being said I can also be a fun and caring player. I love to include myself in various competitions and events that the server holds. I am in my opinion a very good team player and I can work well with the other guards on the server. As far as guarding is concerned I am quite well off. I do not know if trainees and guards can use chaos or not, but even if they can't I can still hold my weight as a good pvper and can handle myself in any fight that presents itself.
I have been playing this server for well over a year now and have come to know and befriend many of the players on this server. I can say without a doubt in my mind that Convicted is the single greatest server I have ever been on (Thus it is the only server I have ever donated to.). I would like a chance to be able to help this server be even greater by offering my guard-ship in hopes of making the overall experience for all players new and old alike better in whichever ways that I can make the server better. I know that being a guard is a huge responsibility and it is one that I know that can handle and strive in.
The decision to apply for guard now is because I have come to the realization that being a guard is something that would fulfill achievement in myself, knowing that I can help people, knowing that I can achieve more than mining all day . I know that guard is the right path for me and I thank each and every player on this server for making it one of, if not the best server experience I have ever had, and might very well have in my life. I believe that I would be the best choice for a guard because I have had quite a bit of experience with leadership. Also, I have had experience with being in a protective position. I am certainly easy to get along with and to talk to.Of course I am fun and pretty laid back, but when the time comes, I am very serious about my responsibilities. I believe that I could be the best guard that this server has ever seen.
I have been apart of Convicted for about a year now and I have realized that I want to be more than just some prisoner on the Convicted server. I want to change peoples views about certain things on minecraft and minecraft servers. Usually I am on for about three hours a day, on weekends and sometimes week days. I really enjoy chatting and making friends with other guards and prisoners.
I am a great PVP-er, but I am still improving on PVP servers. As I grow close with all the guards I am sure that they would be more than happy to give me tips on becoming an even better guard. I will take them all very seriously for who they are and what they do.
I am very used to how this server functions. Overtime, I have realized that this server is truly amazing, and that I could certainly help with developing of it. I understand how to gain kits and the consequences for abusing or/and stashing them.
I am a very extroverted person and I love meeting new people. I would be able to help people feel included and like they belong. This is another reason that I believe I would be the best pick for a guard. I believe that everyone should be included in games and even conversations no matter how different.

I believe that I would be the best choice for guard because of a number of reasons. First, I really love this server. I have been obsessed with it ever since January of this year. I would love to benefit this server and do as much as I can to help the community. I believe by becoming a guard, I can really help this server by trying my very best to do my job. I will make sure to be fair and just in all my actions. I will make sure I have a full understanding of a situation before making any judgements. I will hear both sides of the story during a conflict and make an appropriate decision when needed. If I am having any trouble with my job, I will make sure to contact my guard peers or a higher authority such as an Alpha-Guard or Warden.
Second, I believe that guarding will be a great experience. I know a few guards so I feel like I will quickly fit in to my surroundings. I also will try to be on as much as possible. I will try to be on up to 5 hours a day on Fri-Sun and up to about 2-3 hours on weekdays. I will try to keep the violence at a minimum and I would like to do as much as I can to keep the innocent C-Block people safe from the Ruthless Criminals who are more advantageous than them. I also will not abuse any of my powers. I know that with great power comes great responsibility and that power should not be abused. If I am privileged with the honor of becoming a guard I will in no way abuse my powers because that is just very unethical.
Third, I know this server pretty well and understand all the rules. I will spend a lot of time on C-Block because I know that the most trouble lies there. Also, since my timezone is EST I can guard at times when other guards are not on. I know that as a trainee I must prove myself worthy of becoming a guard. I will not be one of those people that quit on guarding after a few days. I would love to stay as guard for as much as possible and my goal will always be to benefit the server. I will listen to whatever i'm told by my authorities and I will be a loyal guard.

I am the best choice for guard because I am good at pvping, and I administrate another server and help my friend with his public server now. I have played this server enough to understand that guarding needs to be serious. I will always be guarding when I am a guard. I will not abuse anything and if I'm not sure about something like who hit me, I will just try my best to make the right decision or just don’t jail anybody incase my decision was wrong. Also I am the best choice because I feel if that I become guard, I will help the server A LOT. I don't even care if I become alpha guard or warden or any higher rank than guard. Guard ranks don't matter, it just matters if the guard is guarding. Some guards look the other way for their friends, I will not because that is disobeying the rules. I won’t unjail my friends either or if I ever get an alt, as I know that will get me banned or demoted. I will try my best to be fair and I will listen to all ranks above my rank. I will not ignore any people on this server because everyone has a right to talk. I can tell the difference between glitches and hacks so I will be useful in that manner. I wont be a strict guard or nobody will like me, and I won't be too nice either. I will jail for the appropriate amount of time and make sure all rules are followed! If somebody in this jail is being attacked, I will try my best to save them. If there are any D's I will give them comfort because I was a D before. And if I do become guard, I will make sure that people know that! I will enforce people to not get jailed and want to go to D. Most guards tell them how to get to D, and then they want to get to D. I will not tolerate that or pvp abusing or border hopping or any other form of prison rule breaking. I will also try my best to catch all server breakers, write down there exact names, take a screenshot, and report them to alphas or wardens. I want to be guard mostly because I want more experience with prison servers so I can become guard on more servers too! The last and final reason I am the best choice for guard is because it is kind of boring just being a free for a while, once you become a guard, that's when the real action happens and you get to catch other prisoners who break prison rules.

5) Any experience with the prison genre? I have played on multiple prison servers through my time. Some examples are Killion, Mumau's Prison, Cityprison, and of course, Convicted.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs) I believe that I am the best choice for guard because I am experienced with the position. I am also experienced with Moderation, and I'm aware that alpha is basically a position of moderation. Along with being experienced, I am also quite a good PvPer, as my early days of Minecraft were filled with PvP related games, mostly Survival Games. I'm going along with the gear that trainees and guards get. I know that the gear they are equipped with isn't all that good, but I can cope. I'm not the kind of person that needs good gear and opples to be successful in PvP. Yes, I have buffs and potions that I may use to help me guard well, such as chaos, but I can assure you that I don't need them to PvP at all.
I also believe that I am a good choice for guard because I am a loyal member of the server and refuse to give up on anything, no matter how hard it may be. I admit that I'm not one who likes to work together with others, but I will if I must do so. However, guarding is an exception. Guarding by yourself is no fun, and I can tell you that straight out. Guarding is better as a team effort, and I will cope with all the other guards when told to. Speaking of which, I will not work together with other people such as frees when it comes to guarding. I'm a relatively unbiased person and am determined to stick to a task, and finish said task.
One of the last reasons I believe I am well fitted for the guarding position is that I can take a lot of abuse and get angry only rarely. Some may disagree with what I say, and tell me that I get angry a little too much. Most of this is towards certain people that I take as exceptions, as usually these exceptions are very obnoxious people that not many people like in general. Or, on other hands, the anger is straight out sarcasm. A lot of everything I say in-game is sarcasm. Getting angry very easily can result in emotional changes, and may cause you to abuse your guarding powers, which can never be good.I am also very knowledgeable of the rules, and what counts as abuse and what doesn't.

Umm why i should be unbanned: First of i was not X-raying i had like 5 diamonds on me and some coal plus it took me weeks if not mounths to get to elite so how was i x-raying And why in the ing world would i donate for a server im gona X-ray on get real I can see how what i was doing looked like x-raying but all i was doing was tunnaling around in the Donatormine I have also been plying this server for a 5-6 mounths so i was x-raying wouldent i have been free buy now i think i have like 64K or something and that took me weeks to get ? if i cwould get unbanned it would be great i love this server and it kinda bumms me out that some ass hole banned me.
I would like to make a suggestion of my own and a second which was debated with me and redrum
the 1st would be a new mine for each block except free, which would be a voter mine like in omega for each block, The free's get one in omega and I see no reason why the c's, B's, A's and elite's should have to miss out

The wool mine should be replaced with a diamond block mine.
elite's don't need a new mine as they have 3. Maybe one of the elite mines could be moved to A block. And just give C block another mine. So every block has two mines. and maybe another donor mine. Like a 3rd mine.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? The first thing that comes into my mind when I read this is experience. I was a guard before and I know the commands for jailing and the rules; but then again I am a bit rusty with them since I haven't been a guard in quite some time. If you ask why I am not guard anymore on the other server that is because I quit since the server did not care about its players so I made a good decision by leaving that place.
I also am very respectful to my peers and elders. Meaning I am fair to everyone and if someone breaks a rule I shall enforce that rule to that player who disobeys it. I always obey and listen to people who are in charge. Plus I can always come on right after school finishes to come and help with the other fellow guards making sure that all the rules are being applied. 5) Any experience with the prison genre? Not as much as I would have wanted, I was a guard on a friend of mine's server until occupants of such server slowly dwindled down, I utterly enjoyed doing it though.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraph) I find I am a cold, and logical person. I try my best in all areas, and I tend to be impartial and unbiased. I hope to believe I am a somewhat good player as well. I adhere to the rules as best I can, and I would say that I’d be a good addition to your team for guarding. Though that is just my opinion, and tending to be my own it is biased, I hope this might give you some insight into my thought process.
Though this is true, I find I would be a good candidate for this position for all of the above reasons. In practice, it takes someone who can work unbiased to do good work on a server, or any artificial means. I have been on multiple RP servers, and multiple servers in general, and I have in each case attempted to do my best. On two servers, currently closed, I functioned as a GM (Global Moderator). This aids me in experience, and I feel it contributes to my validity as a candidate.
Whilst I have played on Convicted, I would fancy that I know a great abundance of the rules of the server. I seek it my goal to try and work my utmost hardest, be it working in the Omega mines or that of the PVP standpoint, holding my ground in PVP to the point where I've been complimented about it. I try it my best to make good decisions and acquaintances though, I've made my fair share of enemies. I am probably a little bit more active than what I should be, I am usually on whenever I have time, I've taken some all nighters whilst on the server, I can guarantee that you will usually see me on. You can usually depend I will take the mature stand point whilst in an argument, though to add that, one of my biggest weaknesses is taking things too seriously and not recognizing when something is supposed to be perceived to be a 'joke'.

I would consider myself the best choice for guard because I am a trustworthy player who will uphold the the rules of the server and punish players when the time is necessary. That being said I can also be a fun and caring player. I love to include myself in various competitions and events that the server holds. I am in my opinion a very good team player and I can work well with the other guards on the server. As far as guarding is concerned I am quite well off. I do not know if trainees and guards can use chaos or not, but even if they can't I can still hold my weight as a good pvper and can handle myself in any fight that presents itself.
I have been playing this server for well over a year now and have come to know and befriend many of the players on this server. I can say without a doubt in my mind that Convicted is the single greatest server I have ever been on (Thus it is the only server I have ever donated to.). I would like a chance to be able to help this server be even greater by offering my guard-ship in hopes of making the overall experience for all players new and old alike better in whichever ways that I can make the server better. I know that being a guard is a huge responsibility and it is one that I know that can handle and strive in.
The decision to apply for guard now is because I have come to the realization that being a guard is something that would fulfill achievement in myself, knowing that I can help people, knowing that I can achieve more than mining all day

I believe that I would be the best choice for a guard because I have had quite a bit of experience with leadership. Also, I have had experience with being in a protective position. I am certainly easy to get along with and to talk to.Of course I am fun and pretty laid back, but when the time comes, I am very serious about my responsibilities. I believe that I could be the best guard that this server has ever seen.
I have been apart of Convicted for about a year now and I have realized that I want to be more than just some prisoner on the Convicted server. I want to change peoples views about certain things on minecraft and minecraft servers. Usually I am on for about three hours a day, on weekends and sometimes week days. I really enjoy chatting and making friends with other guards and prisoners.
I am a great PVP-er, but I am still improving on PVP servers. As I grow close with all the guards I am sure that they would be more than happy to give me tips on becoming an even better guard. I will take them all very seriously for who they are and what they do.
I am very used to how this server functions. Overtime, I have realized that this server is truly amazing, and that I could certainly help with developing of it. I understand how to gain kits and the consequences for abusing or/and stashing them.
I am a very extroverted person and I love meeting new people. I would be able to help people feel included and like they belong. This is another reason that I believe I would be the best pick for a guard. I believe that everyone should be included in games and even conversations no matter how different.

I believe that I would be the best choice for guard because of a number of reasons. First, I really love this server. I have been obsessed with it ever since January of this year. I would love to benefit this server and do as much as I can to help the community. I believe by becoming a guard, I can really help this server by trying my very best to do my job. I will make sure to be fair and just in all my actions. I will make sure I have a full understanding of a situation before making any judgements. I will hear both sides of the story during a conflict and make an appropriate decision when needed. If I am having any trouble with my job, I will make sure to contact my guard peers or a higher authority such as an Alpha-Guard or Warden.
Second, I believe that guarding will be a great experience. I know a few guards so I feel like I will quickly fit in to my surroundings. I also will try to be on as much as possible. I will try to be on up to 5 hours a day on Fri-Sun and up to about 2-3 hours on weekdays. I will try to keep the violence at a minimum and I would like to do as much as I can to keep the innocent C-Block people safe from the Ruthless Criminals who are more advantageous than them. I also will not abuse any of my powers. I know that with great power comes great responsibility and that power should not be abused. If I am privileged with the honor of becoming a guard I will in no way abuse my powers because that is just very unethical.
Third, I know this server pretty well and understand all the rules. I will spend a lot of time on C-Block because I know that the most trouble lies there. Also, since my timezone is EST I can guard at times when other guards are not on. I know that as a trainee I must prove myself worthy of becoming a guard. I will not be one of those people that quit on guarding after a few days. I would love to stay as guard for as much as possible and my goal will always be to benefit the server. I will listen to whatever i'm told by my authorities and I will be a loyal guard.

I am the best choice for guard because I am good at pvping, and I administrate another server and help my friend with his public server now. I have played this server enough to understand that guarding needs to be serious. I will always be guarding when I am a guard. I will not abuse anything and if I'm not sure about something like who hit me, I will just try my best to make the right decision or just don’t jail anybody incase my decision was wrong. Also I am the best choice because I feel if that I become guard, I will help the server A LOT. I don't even care if I become alpha guard or warden or any higher rank than guard. Guard ranks don't matter, it just matters if the guard is guarding. Some guards look the other way for their friends, I will not because that is disobeying the rules. I won’t unjail my friends either or if I ever get an alt, as I know that will get me banned or demoted. I will try my best to be fair and I will listen to all ranks above my rank. I will not ignore any people on this server because everyone has a right to talk. I can tell the difference between glitches and hacks so I will be useful in that manner. I wont be a strict guard or nobody will like me, and I won't be too nice either. I will jail for the appropriate amount of time and make sure all rules are followed! If somebody in this jail is being attacked, I will try my best to save them. If there are any D's I will give them comfort because I was a D before. And if I do become guard, I will make sure that people know that! I will enforce people to not get jailed and want to go to D. Most guards tell them how to get to D, and then they want to get to D. I will not tolerate that or pvp abusing or border hopping or any other form of prison rule breaking. I will also try my best to catch all server breakers, write down there exact names, take a screenshot, and report them to alphas or wardens. I want to be guard mostly because I want more experience with prison servers so I can become guard on more servers too! The last and final reason I am the best choice for guard is because it is kind of boring just being a free for a while, once you become a guard, that's when the real action happens and you get to catch other prisoners who break prison rules.

I joined the server in August 2012, but I can already assure you that I haven't been playing for 2 years yet. Altogether, My playing time is roughly 9 months.

I have played on multiple prison servers through my time. Some examples are Killion, Mumau's Prison, Cityprison, and of course, Convicted.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs)
I believe that I am the best choice for guard because I am experienced with the position. I am also experienced with Moderation, and I'm aware that alpha is basically a position of moderation. Along with being experienced, I am also quite a good PvPer, as my early days of Minecraft were filled with PvP related games, mostly Survival Games. I'm going along with the gear that trainees and guards get. I know that the gear they are equipped with isn't all that good, but I can cope. I'm not the kind of person that needs good gear and opples to be successful in PvP. Yes, I have buffs and potions that I may use to help me guard well, such as chaos, but I can assure you that I don't need them to PvP at all.
I also believe that I am a good choice for guard because I am a loyal member of the server and refuse to give up on anything, no matter how hard it may be. I admit that I'm not one who likes to work together with others, but I will if I must do so. However, guarding is an exception. Guarding by yourself is no fun, and I can tell you that straight out. Guarding is better as a team effort, and I will cope with all the other guards when told to. Speaking of which, I will not work together with other people such as frees when it comes to guarding. I'm a relatively unbiased person and am determined to stick to a task, and finish said task.
One of the last reasons I believe I am well fitted for the guarding position is that I can take a lot of abuse and get angry only rarely. Some may disagree with what I say, and tell me that I get angry a little too much. Most of this is towards certain people that I take as exceptions, as usually these exceptions are very obnoxious people that not many people like in general. Or, on other hands, the anger is straight out sarcasm. A lot of everything I say in-game is sarcasm. Getting angry very easily can result in emotional changes, and may cause you to abuse your guarding powers, which can never be good. I am also very knowledgeable of the rules, and what counts as abuse and what doesn't.

Umm why i should be unbanned: First of i was not X-raying i had like 5 diamonds on me and some coal plus it took me weeks if not mounths to get to elite so how was i x-raying And why in the ing world would i donate for a server im gona X-ray on get real I can see how what i was doing looked like x-raying but all i was doing was tunnaling around in the Donatormine I have also been plying this server for a 5-6 mounths so i was x-raying wouldent i have been free buy now i think i have like 64K or something and that took me weeks to get ? if i cwould get unbanned it would be great i love this server and it kinda bumms me out that some ass hole banned me.

elite's don't need a new mine as they have 3. Maybe one of the elite mines could be moved to A block. And just give C block another mine. So every block has two mines. and maybe another donor mine. Like a 3rd mine.
