Why you deserve to be unbanned: About the wood mine thing, I definatly have my regrets, but I just like making people laugh about it, I honestly did it to mine efficiently plus make alot of people laugh, I didn't intentionally kill int he mines and I warned everyone that they may die. Nobody stopped me until it was too late, a guard even cheered me on and wanted me to burn down donor (I refused.) I feel if they REALLY didn't want this to happen, they should have disabled fire blocks in the mines. As for possessing duped items, I only duped a bit on my alt and my alt had all those, plus picco and super gave me some stuff on my main. But I don't have any of the duped items on my main account. I am sorry

I do not come here as an advocate, because whatever position the suffrage movement may occupy in killion, in Convicted it has passed beyond the realm of advocacy and it has entered into the cube of practical events. It has become the subject of revolution and faction wars, and so tonight I am not here to advocate banned noobs. Noobs can not do that very well for themselves.
You have two noobs very hungry and wanting to be fed. One noob is a patient noob, and waits indefinitely until a alpha is ready to feed it. The other noob is an impatient noob and cries lustily, screams and kicks and makes everybody unpleasant until it is muted. Well, we know perfectly well which noob is prefered. That is the whole history of factions. You have to make more noise than anybody else, you have to make yourself more obtrusive than anybody else, you have to fill all the plots more than anybody else, in fact you have to be there all the time and see that they do not snow you under.
When you have bans things happen; people suffer; the non banned peoples suffer as well as the banned peoples. And so it happens in faction wars. When your forefathers threw the elite into the Bains penitentiary, a good many A's had to go without their bp. So here am I. I come in the intervals of prison appearance. I come after having been banned under the "Wood mine burning", probably going back to be killed as soon as I set my foot on convicted soil. I come to ask you to help to win this fight. If we win it, this hardest of all fights, then, to be sure, in the future it is going to be made easier for free's all over the server to win their fight when their time comes. I however, am sorry.
Ok first of all don't lie in a ban appeal it does not help you in any way, you where banned for duping not "possessing duped items". This is the kind of people use in their applications to make themselves look better then they actually are.
Secondly grow up a little and take some responsibility. You are still trying to pass the blame onto others of why you burned down the mine. Unless you have some kind of medical handicap that stops you from thinking on your own you need man up and stop with the bullcrap.

Are you serious? Just because it is possible that does not mean it's ok. That is like getting banned for xray and then saying "Well its their fault cause if they did not want it to happen they would have anti xray". There will always be around things and ways to break the rules because not everything can be perfect. This is just another case of you passing on the blame to make yourself look better.
And to reply to that whole irreverent speech thing at the end, it's just Minecraft chill.

Hi, as you may know, I am Ladida, a guard on Convicted. I have been playing on the server for over a year, and I am happy to see such a server grow better and better. I'm writing this application because I am on the opposite side of the timezone, which I rarely see Viper, Noakii, and all the other prisoners and I feel that after a year or so of being guard, I feel that people on the opposite side of the time zone (Which in my case, I'm in GMT +8) should have a chance to be promoted as well as people who have the same time zones as the Wardens.
Hope you will consider my app for AlphaGuard, but even though I don't get accepted, I will still continue to guard the prison, making sure that the prison is safe when the Wardens are asleep Since there is no AlphaGuard application, I'm just going to create my own template.

Why do you want to be AlphaGuard?: I understand that being an AlphaGuard is a big responsibility. I know the prison rules back to front, and I can also make quick and confident decisions. Although its a tough task to keep the prison safe on the other side of the timezone, I am willing to take up this challenge and help to ban people who decides to break the main prison server rules.
I am also experienced with being a member of the staff and I will respect all players equally. I am a fair and mature person and I am willing to help others, including the new players of the server who may need help to understand how to play on prison servers. Being a staff on other servers have increased my maturity in helping and guiding others who are in need, and punishing those who dare to advertise, spam, or hack on Convicted. I may only be a 13 year old teenager. But being guard since I was 12 has taught me a lot and helped me to gain a lot of experience with prison servers.
As well as the above reasons, I also feel that I can help to guard the server at night, thus making the prison safe, since the server can be vulnerable at night. If I do get AlphaGuard, I will treasure and use this opportunity to help and make some contributions to the server and to its fabulous team of staff!
Over the past year since I first joined Convicted, I've made a lot of very nice, helpful and caring friends (there are too many to list!) and for every generation of Convicted, there are players I have to say goodbye to. I am also an active Minecraft Forums Member, so I can answer any questions that are asked. I am also an active player on Convicted, although I am on a different timezone, I still go on frequently, helping others and to guard the prison.
Trust is also a main key to be an AlphaGuard. I feel that I can do my part and help out with the server. I know that to have trust, the wardens will have to consider a few factors -- Can he spot out for hackers? Does he abuse warps? Will he spend too much time doing other things than guarding? These factors I can abide to, I can spot for hackers (since I've been staff on other servers before), I will not abuse warps, since its a privilege that AlphaGuards get them and that I won't be distracted by other things when guarding.
Becoming an AlphaGuard on this server would definitely be a new experience, and I really enjoy looking forward to that day when the time has come. Over the past year, I've seen lots of people being promoted to AlphaGuard including Mikey, SD, Nicci, Choc, Pecyboy, qwerty, B0mber, ZombiePt and Builder. I really hope that I can join the AlphaGuard family as well!

I think I would be a good choice in guard because I spend a lot of time playing on Convicted. I practice my pvp on my other servers so i can be the best i can. I dont really hate anyone i just mabe dislike some people i am a good person that cares about keeping convicted clean. I will follow all of the guard rules and not abuse. I will jail abusers that (Safe-zone abuse kill me 3 times in past 5min). Normal jail time is 10m. I will jail people that kill me 3 times or spawn fist me 3 times for 15m jail. If anyone refuses to give me a contrabaned item like ( swords , drugs , pots , or fire works) i will jail them for 10m or if their in pvp-zone and dont give me the sword in atleast 5 seconds i will attack the person. I will not safe-zone and call for help when being pvped i will just hope someone comes and helps or i die.
If Prisoners are being attacked i will not attack the person unless he fights back or hits me. I really dont rage when i get killed , I mostly rage when im doing SQ :D. So after im killed i wont plot revenge and go attack the person ill just wait till he attacks me again to fight back :o. If a prisoner tags me and runs into safe-zone i will not /g them , But if i get a tag on them i will count down from 5 and if they dont come out i will jail them. I will not abuse guard kit i am trust worthy and nice somtimes.
I know all the guard commands i need to know and am all set to go and protect every person in convicted , And become a friend to everyone.

I think i am the best choice for guard because i am:
I am smart about my decisions. I would be patient and listen to other people. I would never cut someone off or disrespect them. I always respect other people's decisions.
I am experienced with pvp. I like to pvp a lot, as it brings alot of fun into the server. Sometimes i go with ByondAwesome0 to MCPVP servers (Sorry if this is indirect advertising) where we practice pvp for awhile.
I am nice, honest, and trustworthy. I believe a guard should have these three traits. Being nice would give players a sense of protection. A big deal with becoming a guard is that you must be honest and trustworthy. I would never abuse my guard powers. Being trustworthy means that other players can trust you to do the right thing when the time calls for it. I would answer players queries when they need. As i said before, i hate it when people disrespect other people, and i would try my best to not disrespect any players on the server or hate on anyone.
I am mature. I believe the most important part of becoming guard, and other things, is being mature. Being mature means you understand the right and the wrong. You don't act like a child in situations. You are serious and smart about your decisions. You can be trusted with huge tasks and be forgiven. I have keen eyes, and a sense for urgency. I have really good eyes in spotting contra-band. I always notice a sword out of the blue, even if no one else sees it. I also know what to do in any situation at any given time. I have a quick reaction time, and would not hesitate to jail or to kill. I would be confident in my actions and i would immediately support other guards if they are in need of help.
I am also confident. Throughout life i've always had a surplus of confidence. I never get down by anyone. Insults are like wind brushing against your shirt. I don't get angry often when i lose items. I'm so confident about everything, i always think that i will make it no matter what! And i believe i can do this too, so i hope you all like reading this application i have composed today.

Secondly grow up a little and take some responsibility. You are still trying to pass the blame onto others of why you burned down the mine. Unless you have some kind of medical handicap that stops you from thinking on your own you need man up and stop with the bullcrap.

Are you serious? Just because it is possible that does not mean it's ok. That is like getting banned for xray and then saying "Well its their fault cause if they did not want it to happen they would have anti xray". There will always be around things and ways to break the rules because not everything can be perfect. This is just another case of you passing on the blame to make yourself look better.
And to reply to that whole irreverent speech thing at the end, it's just Minecraft chill.

I think I would be a good choice in guard because I spend a lot of time playing on Convicted. I practice my pvp on my other servers so i can be the best i can. I dont really hate anyone i just mabe dislike some people i am a good person that cares about keeping convicted clean. I will follow all of the guard rules and not abuse. I will jail abusers that (Safe-zone abuse kill me 3 times in past 5min). Normal jail time is 10m. I will jail people that kill me 3 times or spawn fist me 3 times for 15m jail. If anyone refuses to give me a contrabaned item like ( swords , drugs , pots , or fire works) i will jail them for 10m or if their in pvp-zone and dont give me the sword in atleast 5 seconds i will attack the person. I will not safe-zone and call for help when being pvped i will just hope someone comes and helps or i die.
If Prisoners are being attacked i will not attack the person unless he fights back or hits me. I really dont rage when i get killed , I mostly rage when im doing SQ :D. So after im killed i wont plot revenge and go attack the person ill just wait till he attacks me again to fight back :o. If a prisoner tags me and runs into safe-zone i will not /g them , But if i get a tag on them i will count down from 5 and if they dont come out i will jail them. I will not abuse guard kit i am trust worthy and nice somtimes.
I know all the guard commands i need to know and am all set to go and protect every person in convicted , And become a friend to everyone.

I respect others, I don't flip out for almost anything, I keep calm and solve the promblem, and there is nothing I can't handle. I love this server so much and would never want to pass up an oppoutunity I can take on of being a higher rank. Instead of Playing like a majority of the players on the server I would like to be a guard and help the server. I have a lot of experience with the whole Jail setup and I personally believe the server is in need of more guards and I can take that role. 5) Any experience with the prison genre? Nope, this is my first prison server introduced to me by a friend. I quite like it though

I think i am the best choice for guard because i am:
I am smart about my decisions. I would be patient and listen to other people. I would never cut someone off or disrespect them. I always respect other people's decisions.
I am experienced with pvp. I like to pvp a lot, as it brings alot of fun into the server. Sometimes i go with ByondAwesome0 to MCPVP servers (Sorry if this is indirect advertising) where we practice pvp for awhile.
I am nice, honest, and trustworthy. I believe a guard should have these three traits. Being nice would give players a sense of protection. A big deal with becoming a guard is that you must be honest and trustworthy. I would never abuse my guard powers. Being trustworthy means that other players can trust you to do the right thing when the time calls for it. I would answer players queries when they need. As i said before, i hate it when people disrespect other people, and i would try my best to not disrespect any players on the server or hate on anyone.
I am mature. I believe the most important part of becoming guard, and other things, is being mature. Being mature means you understand the right and the wrong. You don't act like a child in situations. You are serious and smart about your decisions. You can be trusted with huge tasks and be forgiven. I have keen eyes, and a sense for urgency. I have really good eyes in spotting contra-band. I always notice a sword out of the blue, even if no one else sees it. I also know what to do in any situation at any given time. I have a quick reaction time, and would not hesitate to jail or to kill. I would be confident in my actions and i would immediately support other guards if they are in need of help.
I am also confident. Throughout life i've always had a surplus of confidence. I never get down by anyone. Insults are like wind brushing against your shirt. I don't get angry often when i lose items. I'm so confident about everything, i always think that i will make it no matter what! And i believe i can do this too, so i hope you all like reading this application i have composed today.

Yes i do, i understand how frustrating and annoying it must be for several prisoners constantly calling your name, only to ask a "stupid" question.
