I have read through the rules I learned that kill anyone who attacks you or a prisoner. Also, I have learned a few more stuff about being a guard only jail someone if they kill you more than 3 times in a row or if they grief,camp,if they run into a non-pvp area when a fighting and break a server rule tell the warden. I am 14 years old I also saw that you can start counting from 5 if the prisoner goes in non-pvp area when fighting but most of all if a prisoner kills you do not go take revenge. I have a friend who is a fellow guard. Also, I learned not to store guard kits. But most of all i saw that if you see a prisoner with a sword tell them to give to you countdown from five if they don't if they still don't kill the prisoner if the prisoner is in pvp if he is not put the prisoner in jail. the most thing I liked about being a guard is that you can do kits.

I often see late in the night or early in the morning riots or just strong fights where often times its more than 1 person and there is only 1 guard and I sort of find it unfair that there is only one guard there to stand against that may people.
I am good at pvp and i own opples and s4's and would be good in a fight vs a strong diamond set person. Ive read over the rules many times and would love to in force them on your server to the best of my abilities and get the pvpers and the people who think they can break our rules back in check. I am also a firm believer in forgiveness and i go on quite alot. If i were to be guard, you wouldnt regret it as i have Zero tolerance for breaking rules

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I wasn't actually x-raying nor have I ever. I know you get these a lot, but let me just explain.
When I play MineCraft, I mine in patterns. While in C, I would always do a zigzag pattern(If you ever mined with me, you would know). I feel as though it increases my odds of getting something. Covering more space in different directions, you know. Every time I was mining in C, I would notice someone had a spiral step-like pattern. I logged onto your server today at, as stated above, 3:45PM Cental time and decided, what the heck. Might as well try it because like I said, I enjoy mining in patterns. Helps pass the time. I was mining in a spiral downwards and I hit about 4, maybe 5 gold and I believe 7 diamond(I also had some more diamond and gold ore on me from my previous trip). I was then banned. I guess I could see how this could look like x-ray, but I don't even know how to mod MineCraft. I had a hell of a time trying to get a world edit program on a server I -tried- to run. (I eventually gave up because I'm terrible with using computers. You can also look in my recent posts where I asked from someone to get a test server.) I am very sorry for the whole thing happening and I can assure you that I wouldn't X-Ray. I really enjoy this server and I would love to continue playing on it. I would like to thank whoever looks over this, whether it is appealed or denied.

I posted it three times on different dates and received no reply on whether it had even been looked at or anything. I gave up after about a week of trying, going on the TeamSpeak and posting in the thread. I'm asking again if this appeal could please be evaluated. I think I would be a good choice in guard because I spend a lot of time playing on Convicted. I practice my pvp on my other servers so i can be the best i can. I dont really hate anyone i just mabe dislike some people i am a good person that cares about keeping convicted clean. I will follow all of the guard rules and not abuse. I will jail abusers that (Safe-zone abuse kill me 3 times in past 5min). Normal jail time is 10m. I will jail people that kill me 3 times or spawn fist me 3 times for 15m jail. If anyone refuses to give me a contrabaned item like ( swords , drugs , pots , or fire works) i will jail them for 10m or if their in pvp-zone and dont give me the sword in atleast 5 seconds i will attack the person. I will not safe-zone and call for help when being pvped i will just hope someone comes and helps or i die.
If Prisoners are being attacked i will not attack the person unless he fights back or hits me. I really dont rage when i get killed , I mostly rage when im doing SQ :D. So after im killed i wont plot revenge and go attack the person ill just wait till he attacks me again to fight back :o. If a prisoner tags me and runs into safe-zone i will not /g them , But if i get a tag on them i will count down from 5 and if they dont come out i will jail them. I will not abuse guard kit i am trust worthy and nice somtimes.
I know all the guard commands i need to know and am all set to go and protect every person in convicted , And become a friend to everyone.

You are hilarious. I have so many great friends on Convicted, I dont think ill go ignored anytime soon. And guess what? I don't just call abuse on SDA for no reason, if anyone was in my position you would wonder what is going on. People make fun of each other everyday, its part of the game. But, how often do you see some one being muted for telling another person "Im better then you," I mean, you would assume a over 1 year player with a rep like mine would be better then some new player right? Not only does SDA call me out on something thats not against the rules, but proceeds to mute me.
Here's the thing though, if you mute some one for a dumb reason, do you have the right to immedietely mute them when they log on their second account? I didn't even say a single word to Cinnamon after logging on to my guard account and I was muted by SDA. Tell me ender, is this right?
SDA strives to make my gaming experience worse, he wont admit it but look at the proof. Ask anyone, he demoted my trainee account, but when he was asked why he said some thing along the lines of this "I demoted him for the stuff he does on his free account," I was immediately made trainee again. So, I would say that he was wrong and did that just to spite me, Noakii agrees to, he was the one who made me trainee again. And after I became guard I played every day for at least 1 - 4 hours on my guard account, but after not logging on for a few days SDA gets me demoted. I didn't know you demote full guards for not logging in less then a week, every guard who goes on vacation might as well resign before they leave, right? No, SDA only did this to me because he doesnt like me.
I have screen shots and high ranking people to back up every little detail in this post. There is no denying SDA goes out of his way to ruin my fun on Convicted.
SDA muted you on the second account because you continued the same argument that got you muted on the first. And yes, there is proof that SDA doesn't like you. But when you constantly go around starting arguments, I can agree why he wouldn't like you either. You two have been fighting for as long as I can remember, and you just call it abuse when you get muted for being annoying/disrespectful.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: About the wood mine thing, I definatly have my regrets, but I just like making people laugh about it, I honestly did it to mine efficiently plus make alot of people laugh, I didn't intentionally kill int he mines and I warned everyone that they may die. Nobody stopped me until it was too late, a guard even cheered me on and wanted me to burn down donor (I refused.) I feel if they REALLY didn't want this to happen, they should have disabled fire blocks in the mines. As for possessing duped items, I only duped a bit on my alt and my alt had all those, plus picco and super gave me some stuff on my main. But I don't have any of the duped items on my main account. I am sorry

I do not come here as an advocate, because whatever position the suffrage movement may occupy in killion, in Convicted it has passed beyond the realm of advocacy and it has entered into the cube of practical events. It has become the subject of revolution and faction wars, and so tonight I am not here to advocate banned noobs. Noobs can not do that very well for themselves.
You have two noobs very hungry and wanting to be fed. One noob is a patient noob, and waits indefinitely until a alpha is ready to feed it. The other noob is an impatient noob and cries lustily, screams and kicks and makes everybody unpleasant until it is muted. Well, we know perfectly well which noob is prefered. That is the whole history of factions. You have to make more noise than anybody else, you have to make yourself more obtrusive than anybody else, you have to fill all the plots more than anybody else, in fact you have to be there all the time and see that they do not snow you under.
When you have bans things happen; people suffer; the non banned peoples suffer as well as the banned peoples. And so it happens in faction wars. 4) Yes i did and i have learned a lot from the server rules about being a guard.

7) Hello, I have been playing this server for about 1 year. I am ranked up to free. I want to apply to become a guard. I have read through the rules I learned that kill anyone who attacks you or a prisoner. Also, I have learned a few more stuff about being a guard only jail someone if they kill you more than 3 times in a row or if they grief,camp,if they run into a non-pvp area when a fighting and break a server rule tell the warden. I am 14 years old I also saw that you can start counting from 5 if the prisoner goes in non-pvp area when fighting but most of all if a prisoner kills you do not go take revenge. I have a friend who is a fellow guard. Also, I learned not to store guard kits. But most of all i saw that if you see a prisoner with a sword tell them to give to you countdown from five if they don't if they still don't kill the prisoner if the prisoner is in pvp if he is not put the prisoner in jail. the most thing I liked about being a guard is that you can do kits.
8) yes i understand and I will not ask the warden to read my application when i am in game.
9) I am ranked up to free and I understand that whenever I retire from a guard you will require a screenshot of this.

4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? Many times, I feel it is important to do so as I need to know all the rules, Noakii
5) Any experience with the prison genre? Other than convicted, i do not. But due to the fact that convicted is the best prison server experience your going to get, i dont think that matters to much.
6) What is your time zone? It is Central Time Zone
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs) I feel that i would be a good choice for a guard because i love making this server fun for other people. I have helped ATLEAST 8-9 C's get to B, and atleast 2-3 B's get to A. I do not tolerate ignorance and Definently not spam, and I always listen to both sides of the story before i make a decision. I am also a firm believer in forgiveness and i go on quite alot. If i were to be guard, you wouldnt regret it as i have Zero tolerance for breaking rules
8) Do you understand that nagging Wardens in-game to read your app will result in immediate decline? Of course, why would you wardens want to hear that? you have alot more important things then listen to players cry to you to read their applications
9) What is your current prison rank? Do you understand that we will require a screenshot of this when/if you retire from guard? I am currently a free, and i completely understand you would need a screenshot of my rank if i were to retire from guard.

This is my appeal from approx. 10 months ago.
I posted it three times on different dates and received no reply on whether it had even been looked at or anything. I gave up after about a week of trying, going on the TeamSpeak and posting in the thread. I'm asking again if this appeal could please be evaluated. I enjoyed playing on the server and I hope to once again spend my free time on it.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs) I help out other guards everyday. I can tell if some will try and kill them then I warn them. I have the art of pvp to stop any fight. I abide by rules very well and I can help other guards in need. I will take responsibility for my actions if something goes wrong.

I think I would be a good choice in guard because I spend a lot of time playing on Convicted. I practice my pvp on my other servers so i can be the best i can. I dont really hate anyone i just mabe dislike some people i am a good person that cares about keeping convicted clean. I will follow all of the guard rules and not abuse. I will jail abusers that (Safe-zone abuse kill me 3 times in past 5min). Normal jail time is 10m. I will jail people that kill me 3 times or spawn fist me 3 times for 15m jail. If anyone refuses to give me a contrabaned item like ( swords , drugs , pots , or fire works) i will jail them for 10m or if their in pvp-zone and dont give me the sword in atleast 5 seconds i will attack the person. I will not safe-zone and call for help when being pvped i will just hope someone comes and helps or i die.
If Prisoners are being attacked i will not attack the person unless he fights back or hits me. I really dont rage when i get killed , I mostly rage when im doing SQ :D. So after im killed i wont plot revenge and go attack the person ill just wait till he attacks me again to fight back :o. If a prisoner tags me and runs into safe-zone i will not /g them , But if i get a tag on them i will count down from 5 and if they dont come out i will jail them. I will not abuse guard kit i am trust worthy and nice somtimes.
I know all the guard commands i need to know and am all set to go and protect every person in convicted , And become a friend to everyone.

(1-2 paragraphs) Why am i the best choice for guard? well il tell you right now, i have no experience, im okay at pvp im also not to strict. im a fun going guy and i enjoy this genre of servers. I don't pick favorites. I like to consider myself as "mature" but that's my self opinion you may think otherwise.
Now you may be thinking Ah this kids a total looser why should we accept him well, il tell you as i mentioned earlier im consider myself mature. i under stand this is most likely not enough information but im not very good at making myself look impressive. Now then lets be honest here. im probably not going to get accepted but i feel like i will do a good job.But in the next paragraph i will explain what will happen and what i am capable of doing in the next paragraph.
Now whoo look at this my third paragraph and in this paragraph im going tell you what im going to do if i become a guard. i will not ignore any crimes ! I will protect all who need protecting. according to the rules I must kill both people who attack each other

Why you deserve to be unbanned: About the wood mine thing, I definatly have my regrets, but I just like making people laugh about it, I honestly did it to mine efficiently plus make alot of people laugh, I didn't intentionally kill int he mines and I warned everyone that they may die. Nobody stopped me until it was too late, a guard even cheered me on and wanted me to burn down donor (I refused.) I feel if they REALLY didn't want this to happen, they should have disabled fire blocks in the mines. As for possessing duped items, I only duped a bit on my alt and my alt had all those, plus picco and super gave me some stuff on my main. But I don't have any of the duped items on my main account. I am sorry
Any additional information:I made a little speech.
I do not come here as an advocate, because whatever position the suffrage movement may occupy in killion, in Convicted it has passed beyond the realm of advocacy and it has entered into the cube of practical events. It has become the subject of revolution and faction wars, and so tonight I am not here to advocate banned noobs. Noobs can not do that very well for themselves.
You have two noobs very hungry and wanting to be fed. One noob is a patient noob, and waits indefinitely until a alpha is ready to feed it. The other noob is an impatient noob and cries lustily, screams and kicks and makes everybody unpleasant until it is muted. Well, we know perfectly well which noob is prefered. That is the whole history of factions. You have to make more noise than anybody else, you have to make yourself more obtrusive than anybody else, you have to fill all the plots more than anybody else, in fact you have to be there all the time and see that they do not snow you under.
When you have bans things happen; people suffer; the non banned peoples suffer as well as the banned peoples. And so it happens in faction wars. When your forefathers threw the elite into the Bains penitentiary, a good many A's had to go without their bp. It has always seemed to me an extraordinary thing that you did not follow it up by throwing the noobs overboard; you sacrificed the A's; and there is a good deal of warfare for which wardens take a great deal of glorification which has involved more practical sacrifice on noobs than it has on any A. It always has been so. The grievances of those who have got power, the influence of those who have got power commands a great deal of attention; but the wrongs and the grievances of those people who have no power at all are apt to be absolutely ignored. That is the history of convicted right from the time elite got dropped.
You won your freedom in Convicted when you had ranked up, by bloodshed, by sacrificing human life. You won the riot by the sacrifice of human life when you decided to emancipate the prisoners. You have left it to guards in your land, the men of all civilised factions have left it to guards, to work out their own salvation. That is the way in which we frees of convicted are doing. Pixel life for us is sacred, but we say if any life is to be sacrificed it shall be ours; we won't do it ourselves, but we will put the enemy in the position where they will have to choose between unbanning us or giving us death.
So here am I. I come in the intervals of prison appearance. I come after having been banned under the "Wood mine burning", probably going back to be killed as soon as I set my foot on convicted soil. I come to ask you to help to win this fight. If we win it, this hardest of all fights, then, to be sure, in the future it is going to be made easier for free's all over the server to win their fight when their time comes. I however, am sorry.
