Hello can a warden please ban this man or an alpha when they get on?
i watched him for a solid 3 min. He was on water but standing on it and was autofishing. Each time the rod went down it went back and he got a fish and it immediately went back like it does when you are autofishing. This kept up for a couple min until he decided he had enough fish and he walked a bit on the water back to the pool stone area.
and here is another taken a couple min after I took the first. I went next to him and tried to stand like he didto see if part of him was on slabs. Nope.

Now, before I start this article let me preface is with this, I do not like killion, but I am not stupid. Its not hard to see the differences between Convicted and Killion. Everyone knows Killion gets a lot more players, of course some of them are from its parent server which probably advertises it there. But there is one main reason, its run at least one hundred times better. The comparison of quality between killion staff management and convicted staff management is Google and some run down family business.
Convicted is like a corrupt government, nothing is professional. I know for a fact if convicted were to become better, the staff wasnt so cruel, and the Moderators werent allowed to do as they please as long as the admins like them then Convicted would go from 5 - 100 people per day to maybe 10 - 200 or even 30 - 300+. But sadly, I cant see that happening if it keeps on going like this. An example of how stupid the way convicted runs is is this, Yesterday I was talking to noakii, no arguing, no offensive language, just Normal talking. Benjaminsaunders decided to come in to the conversation with no intention but to bash and insult me. I will quote my self with what I told benji, "You input is not needed." You can agree that is not mean, its not attacking benji, I simply said I dont need his input. But guess how he reacted to this? He muted me for a Whole 24 hours, for what? Because he doesnt like me, and this isnt the first time I have been muted just because the alpha got angry at me. Moderators (alpha's) shouldn't be babies, benji became angry at me for no reason, and abused his power in a childish way. I don't care how much you like benji, you can not say that he was mature or acting right in this situation. And the worst part is, Noakii was on and didn't care. How can an admin just let something like this pass? If that was me on the server I admin on I would have demoted Benji on the spot regardless of how much I like him.
If Viper wants the server to grow which in turn, gives him significantly more money the sever is going to have to become alot more professional. Something like that should not pass as normal, it was abuse. I didnt spam, cuss, rage, or anything. It was only because benji dislikes me and became angry for no reason like a kid. If the staff wasnt immune and allowed to do what ever when they please (like every high end MC server) convicted would grow, players wouldnt quit everyday before playing for a few hours because they were completely ignored by an admin or abused in some way. This is not just me writing an angry post because I was muted by benji, its something that has been on my mind for quite some time. I want to say that I "love" the server but the way ive been treated really plsses me off. Hey guys, most of you won't know me but for my fellow old convicted friends this is goodbye. Its been a great run, there have been many fun experience here and it shall always stay with me. I shall always miss this server including some of you guys. Too bad the friendship we have formed on the server can not be the same in real life.
I won't be moving on to a new server because I have now realised this is a generation of convicted for new players to rise including new Alphas to shine. I may come around monthly, but yeah I won't be playing full time now.
1 thing that I still think about is my money, I really have no idea what do with it . Just for information I have 4 million bp and any ideas of what to do with this money will be a great help.
I wish the best for convicted and its future including friends I have made.

Ok so I have officially lost willco323 now.... Is there anyway one of you wardens could transfer all my stuff from willco to my plot 87 and the money too... I think it got hacked. You can get the stuff from my virtual chests with the command /gp l willco323 and then open my chests with /gp c willco323:(chestname) and then our all the stuff in my plot 87 sorry for the inconvenience... If you need to spawn chests for the items ill replace them
I think that it just depends on what style of prison server that you're looking for that determines which one you play on. From my experience on Killion, it is usually extemely populated (of course! :P) and therefore the global chat has a lot more messages coming and going. Also due to it's high traffic volume, the server tends to lag more than a lower-populated server would. That's not to say that everything about Killion is bad; I think it was very original of them to have two prisons and two different ranking ladders. (No I'm not trying to advertise them, I'm just saying.) From looking at their large volume of players, you can easily see that it means that the server is successful - but with that success also arises a few different problems. Lag is one of those problems as I mentioned earlier, as well as the chat sometimes being difficult to read and see messages. From looking at Convicted, I'd say that more lag would actually be bad for the server as it is now, especially because of the DDoS attack that has been occurring over the past few days. It is of my opinion that the amount of players we have now is fine, and just because another server (like Killion) has more players doesn't necessarily always mean that they're more successful than a server with, say, 50 people online at any given time. In my opinion, what determines the success of a server is the helpfulness of the staff, the kindness of the community, and the overall average amount of income the server receives to continue onwards.
Just so everyone knows, I am not attacking Killion. I am not advertising Killion. I am not making an off-topic post. This was merely my opinion, and I'm sorry if anyone was hurt and/or offended by it.
@Gorea: Personally I would not have muted you for saying that, especially not for a whole day, but he probably filed that under staff disrespect, which is (although a pretty borderline rule) found under /rules. Wardens also usually don't override Alphas' bans/mutes unless requested to do so by that Alpha, so there wasn't really much be could have done.
@pronatt: It's sad that you had to leave on my birthday. :c You will be missed though, I will make sure of it. >

Also, I hate killion b/c I dont like the community, its not as much as a family like Convicted. But One thing I really disagree with you on, is the staff. They also give special treatment which is not completely horrible but when they give some one a thorns 127 armor piece its a bit stupid, Especially when I didnt know and I shot aevil and lost a sharp 4 fire II, a power 4 fire I, 4 opples, a stack of arrows, eff 4 fortune III diamond pick, prot I / II diamond armor, and some more stuff. Well my point of veiw here is that I joined convicted first and it pulled me in. Killion just does not have the same taste and style I like.

Any additional information: I really want to start playing on this server again with my friends and sharing my memories with them and help them make there own memories.(i haven't used any sort of mod/hack since minecraft 1.7 because for me they just ruin the fun of the game and the whole point of it)
Well my point of veiw here is that I joined convicted first and it pulled me in. Killion just does not have the same taste and style I like.

Reason i should be unbanned: I dont want to break my friends hand, I dont want to make more unban appeals, im starting to have second thoughts on the servers guards since they wont reply to my unban appeals, i ing love the server and how its set up, i like many people on this server and how they help eachother out at times, i dont want to waste your time by making more of these, i am close to the breaking point, i am literally failing classes in school since i cant stop thinking about this server, do you really need more reasons?
Additional info: i am truely sorry for my language but like i said im close to snapping, also i took every precaution so my friend wouldnt get me banned so ya that is another part of information.
