Reason you were banned: Fail Hax (I am writing this appeal because this reason is not true!)

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Dear wardens, ever since I got minecraft, my daily schedule included 2+ hours on this amazing server. One day, I was doing the usual, getting loads of dirt and clay, inching closer and closer to A-Prisoner. After a while, I went to the C-Prison. Noakii was throwing fire charges and I wanted him to spawn an enderdragon and said "spawn enderdragon!". Noakii didn't listen, so I just walked away. There was a riot going on, and I was right in the middle of the foyer, so I sprinted into the crafting/furnace room. When I thought that the coast was clear, I was about to walk back into the foyer, when it said "javascript connection reset" or something like that. That happened quite usually, so I wasn't surprised or anything. Than when I went to reconnect, it disconnected me for "Banned Fail Hax", I was in shock, trying to wonder what I did wrong but couldn't think of anything. My whole point is, please I don't understand why I got banned. If I did know, this app would be longer, but I'm clueless about how this had happened.
Any additional information: Again, I don't have a clue why I have gotten banned. This is just a guess but maybe someone else was "fail haxing" but I was wrongly convicted for it? I don't know. I am looking forward to rejoining this server. Thank you for reading, I hope this situation will have a solution. I love this server its still the first one on my multiplayer list

Playing on your free acc won't get you demoted crisk does it also I came into guard with 0 enchants I went out with over 3 chests full of enchant swords not all of them good and 2 chests of diamond armor enchant I don't see your not getting enchants point as valid you can get enchants its now easier with your enchant armor you wanna complaine try guarding in normal iron armor tell me how it goes for you oh and no health pots either. Insta eat was there but it wasn't fantastic cause of only 5 pieces of pork. I took the side of the frees even when I was guard so please it's not gunna change. I say it would be fair to lower the price of xp pots I see no harm 100 per seems fair.

As to the Free account, I was referring to BenderSwag. What I was told was that he was demoted for only guarding when his alt was jailed. I apologize if this isn't true, it's just what I heard.
I was a Trainee before instant-eat was removed, but my understanding if it was that you got 2x the amount of health. It was removed for being too OP. In its place, potions were added.
Even still, reducing the experience pots to 100 will help some. I was wrong, earlier. The price of pots are 250 BP, not 100. That's 32,000 BP right there.
I'm not trying to start a flame-war here or anything. It's just my opinion that most Frees in general are too overpowered.
Indeed I do! Now a few things about what you posted:
It is true that I have an alt. I admitted this is my very first post. However, as I said, I rarely play on my Free account anymore, I usually just guard. The reason that I cannot get enchanted things on my alt are the following:
1. I suck at parkour, which is about the only way to get enchants nowadays. You can ask sombody for an enchant if they are nice
2. I'm broke for the most part. I stated Previously that i would give you money to play in events
3. Mob Farm takes well over 30+ minute a lot of times, due to A-Prisoners frequent use of it. No comment on this one
4. I'm not a donor (yet), so I can't use that Mob Farm at the time either. same as number 3
5. War: Broke, people gang up on me, etc. Get into a faction with heavy amont of allies
Those are pretty much the 5 reasons.
I never suggested that all Frees had those overpowered enchantments, I said most. Most is more than 50% and this not true
The fact that we have a lot of Guards will usually discourage most Frees from rioting. However, when there are usually 2-3 Guards online, then they begin to kill us repeatedly, and we are helpless to stop them. When we are on the chase, others usually get the enchanted gear. When I do, I am usually begged for whatever they happened to drop. Not that I mind giving it to them, though. One time, however, I picked up a sword upon somebody's death and I was promptly begged for their gear by two people. (Not saying names.) One Guard went as far as to leave the Guard faction and attempt to kill me for the sword. Run to non-pvp area new sword ftw
Every other event is Spleef, or the like. The only type of event I have ever won was Narnia, I believe. That event is rarely hosted nowadays, however.
Those are the reasons why I get murdered by Frees. Again, I do not see the harm of giving the 1% of Guards the slight advantage of having enchants, where most Guard already have them. Again I stated That those guards have EARNED there enchants and you do to

I am sorry to the whole MC-Convicted.org Community, Jaakey, Benjee, DualBladez, and all you others, I only give the list of names i can truly think on my head who i liked, or who i remembered hated me. Once again COnvicted I cannot be enough sorry for my actions. I was a child, annoying, a jerk, a selfish miner , and worst of all, i spammed. I am truly sorry Convicted.

Oh my gawd D: Did you forget somebody?Anyway, why is Tunnel Quest closed? I think it's one of the things that elite prisoners like about their block, and I think it should be added again.
Also, I think that guards should have permission to escape D again, perhaps ONLY when there are no prisoners fighting in the C/B block.
How long have you been playing the server? I have been playing on Convicted for two and a half weeks.

Any experience with the prison genre? I have played on a few prison servers and I am co-owner on one. I have spent a lot of time on GangWars and eventually became a police officer. I rose to become the police chief and eventually admin. I now own GangWars. I guess the point of this story is that i have a lot of experience with the gang theme and the gang theme is very similar to the prison theme.

Why are you the best choice for guard? I have experience with this type of job, I was police chief on a gang server and was the fastest cop to ever rise to senior police. I am good at PVP and will not abuse my powers. I love your server and want to help it stay up for many years to come. I know how hard it can be to rise from C-Block to escapee and would like to help new players to achieve that goal. I have been sick with chronic lyme disease for two years and since that stops me from doing most of the things i love I spend a lot of time on MC servers so I will be able to devote many hours to this server.

I got Benderswag demoted, He only did his job whenever his Free Alt (Saucy444) was jailed, He rather give guards trouble than help us out, Since he rather be on his Free Account than guard, why should he have his job if he never does it.

Im saying that maybe they should lower the price to 100 or 125 it seems fair to me and as stated vote voting is a good free 1500 play on you alt some not all the time but some.

Auto Fishing easiest hack to catch no way this was a wrongful ban I think a brand new player would know what auto fishing looks like so please kindly leave our forums.
