Although I was jealous at first, I realized after reading many of the recent forum posts, we should be celebrating your promotion, Ura.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I was banned for advertising, it was 2 nights before I was banned, and a person started asking me questions about the mcpvp hunger games servers. (there were 4 peeps on at the time, it was about 4:00) since there was a star for it to buy one for a warden, i assumed it would be fine if i gave a link once since it was practically already advertised. I gave a link to the kits since thats what he was asking for. There was 1 gaurd on at the time so i thought it was fine. I was in the clear until sumhow i have no idea how, 1 gaurd started talking to me about being muted for 2 days. i was fine with this and kept on playing for around 10 more minutes, until the you have been banned screen popped up. i thought this might be some confusion, so i waited around 30 min thinking it was another gaurd who thought i was getting banned and banned me, but after that, i realized there was no confusion. I think i should be unbanned because i know now that no kinds of advertising is allowed, but even if this isnt possible, i would like to know the reason this guard changed his mind. thank you and i hope to be unbanned soon.

I tell you this to show that I can handle responsibilities and be trusted with making the right decisions. It wasn't long ago when I was a C myself, I know how it feels to be abused by players. It's really discouraging when you lose your stack of wood to a free. Especially when you see them throw away the stacks of wood afterwards. I want to protect the cute C's and punish the bullies but to do that, I'd need to be a trainee. I also understand that there will be annoying players that I dislike but age has taught me keep my calm. A lot of the guards are young and so they make silly mistakes but, I can keep a clear head and take action with an unbiased attitude. Now to move on to the pvp aspect of myself, I'm not a terrible pvper but I'm not outstanding either. I have accumulated some good gear during my time here and, it really does make up for my shortcoming. Overtime I'm sure that my pvp skill will improve like anything else that requires skill. While I might not be exceptional I can still kill and hold my own during fights so don't be put off by this fact. I've never pvp logged and I'm willing to fight against any riots that happen.

You do realize plots are treated like a no-pvp zone, right? o_o technically you can't hit him in his plot since it's "considered" no-pvp, however, you do not have to follow him in.
"not go into the plot and tell him "out"?" This is correct, however, keep in mind that the roof of the plots are considered pvp, so unless you have a bow or find a way to his roof, you cannot do anything about it.
If I'm correct if the plot is no-pvp that means he is hurting you/killing you in non-pvp and isn't that a jail? Like drowning was a jail except pushing isn't a problem since 1.3 fixed it

Well. My prices were based on the money rate of the sever.
Punching 64 logs will get you 256. And that wont take long with a stone axe. (You can even get it before it breaks)
B is somewhat good if you know what your doing. (IE Strip mining)
Ive been in mobfarm and it takes me 20 minutes to collect enough drops to make 5K.
Elite snowfarm can earn you a lot of money. If you know what your doing as well. (Clearing out 2 by 2 layers or Strip mining)
As for free. 1 diamond pickaxe when broken will earn you at least 9K. * if used in omega nethermine *
If you decide to pvp and cant take the fight. Thats your problem. Or if you do something you know is bad. and you get jailed for it. Again. Why not punish them further?
I think the fines are great for discouraging players to not do whatever they know is bad. and they are adjusted according to money gain potential.
Sure the jail time may be enough of a punishment. But its more or less a slap on a wrist imo. (10 minutes is basically enough time to grab a snack/ eat/ take a shower / homework/ etc)
Personally Frees are only getting 1/8th of the money they could be getting. I know mining gets Boring and they need to pvp once in a while. But you can averagely get 1 million if you had a decent supply of enchanted pickaxes and spent 4-6 hours mining a day for 2 weeks.
And i will do some stats for that when i get back from swimming practice.
Okay, so, I got temp banned by mattme11 for "Scamming". Nosetouch told me you can't get banned for scamming. Plus, I didn't even scam. If you look at dachimps picture, that is not what it looks like at all when you send someone money. Plus, I checked my balance before and after he sent me that "Money". And it was the same! Also, you can see in the picture that he tried to kill me immediatly after he sent the money. Which is what a scammer would do. I know what it looks like when you send someone money and that isn't what it looks like at all.
If the server hadn't conveniently restarted, I would have proof. You probably took so long to get to Omega because you were waiting for the perfect time to scam me.
