PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?! Can we have a new rule!? If you ask for sword and they Purposely throw the sword in opposite direction OR to someone else we can kill them OR Jail them? This is getting really annoying! Or if someone comes in purposely/continuously and picks up the sword you can kill or jail?
SPAM is still spam no matter who you are or what your rank is on the server. With regard to Alpha Guards spamming...its very disappointing that server staff who have gained the trust of the Wardens spam the chat.
Some prisoners may think its OK to spam because server staff are spamming the chat log. This is no the case of course.
Personally I think the Wardens need to re-evaluate some of the Alpha Guard's...I'm not going to name anyone in particular. However recently some of the Alphas have been acting immature and not following server rules correctly & consistently.
In conclusion. Jaakey was correct in all banning players who spammed. He is following the server's rules correctly unlike some who tend to show favoritism to specific people.

How hard is it to say all that with Jaakey's **** so far down your throat? Learn that this was all a joke to most of us. We weren't spamming as an attack, merely poking fun at Jaakey's comment "Only warden online, Inb4spam". Jaak should have expected as such otherwise the comment shouldn't have been made...

I agree spam is spam if they are unbanned they should get demoted to guard I have nothing against these alphas but were supposed to trust you with dealing with spammers not becoming one yourself

Edit: Nevermind this post, I don't want to add to the flame war. The main point I was trying to get across is that some things were taken a bit too seriously, and a bit too far on both ends. The arguing on the forums isn't helping anybody. Let's just settle our differences and sort it out in game.

I also make sure to follow all guard/server rules and be as fair as possible. I have been guard on this server before and retired. I would like to re-apply for guard because i see a lack of guards, and the trainees are getting killed alot, so i would like to help them out. I obey the rules, listen to staff, and very nice.

Ok you know what this big thing about the alphas spamming would mean we have almost none left I'm starting to see problems if they are all demoted maybe just the worst offenders or we need to promote some new ones
