I am the best choice for guard because I was already Guard twice before but i retired. I also get along with many of the players on the server. I am also a decent PvPer. I usually put the other prisoners before me. (Unless they are dicks). I retired the first time because I hadn't been a prisoner in forever. I now regret that choice and wish to join again. 7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I am the best choice for guard because of my patience and maturity. I can follow the rules and enforce them very well. I could memorize all the rules, which I have started to do. I believe that I have good PvP skills, and could kill someone easily. have been playing this server for a while now, and understand how everything works. While most guards just hunt and kill, I actually read and understand everything that is going on.
8) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of your rank when/if you retire from guard? My current rank is B I do have proof but i dont know how to get the picture on to the application

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I was just digging straight down in the C mine to make traps for other players to fall down and collect their stuff, and all the sudden i was banned. Just because someone is digging straight down doesn't mean they are using X-ray. Any additional information: I have been having a great time on the server and I think that it is possibly the best server I have ever played on. I was also thinking about donating. Also I have told a lot of my friends about the server telling them how great it is. It is not fair if you guys wont unban me.

I have read the Guards rules alot and I understand them all unlike some current Guards I know what Clean State means, if i make a accident, I will make sure the Player is ok and all of that stuff, i also under stand the guard rules and know i can be Banned and demoted if i do not follow them correctly,
I am understanding I know some one might rage if they lose something ( i have done it once) and i know some C's will Not be happy if they lose all there stuff to someone so i want to protect thoses C's and of course Protect everyone
I am Good at Pvp i do lag a bit but i have taken down some frees Infact Nab a Free who i dont see on alot now He had protection 3 or 4 diamond armor and a sharp II or III or IV sword with fire I or II and i nearly took him out he ended off just running away and Warping

To all the players of convicted , the amount of abusive guards has highly increased lately due to the fact that lots of trainees have no idea what they are doing or are greedy for Armour, ores or swords. two examples of this are galuzer and prednova i was in the water of a parkour event holding a snow ball when from all the ways across the courtyard galuzer calls for my sword. i didn't have a sword at all so i had nothing to give him he jumped i nand started chasing me around the pool , then prednova joined in and also chased me. they attacked me until they kill me and i had nothing to defend my self with sense i had no sword. i called them out on it after i re spawned and they kept chanting that i was a sore loser and would not admit that they have abused me. this kind of behavior from trainee and guards really need to end, i suggest that all trainees have to under go a test on the rules and on protocall before they are allowed to be given guard kits and the right to guard. thanks for you're time.

I would like to defend myself against shaver's older post about abusing him, he was infact in a pvp zone attacking players, Galuzer was attacking shaver so all I did was see there was trouble and I went to help a fellow guard, Shaver does really want to get us demoted, he was also insulting Guards earlier, for example red, It is really hard on us guards and trainee's when people get angry at us just for killing them, when in fact all we are doing is our jobs, I know I can get a few people to agree with me, in fact yesterday Leemur and a few others said me, red and a few others were the only ones that didnt abuse, All we do is enforce the rules of guard and nothing more or less. thank-you for reading my post,

7)Why Am I the best choice for guard. I am the best choice for guard because I will always follow rules. Make sure that all rules are followed. Also I will make sure our prison runs the way it should. That means NO breaking the rules or jailed. I will be my best even at my worst I will make it my best. I will... be the BEST!!! Not only that. I also am a pretty good PvPer. I have killed many of others and sometimes guards. I will not give anyone items or kits. I do not use nodus, x-ray, or valor. I don't hack . I would like to help out our server and be a guard. I will also always listen to AlphasGuards and Wardens... especially Noakii!!! I play a lot on this server, and I am always checking the forumns. I also have some experience on the side of a guard/trainee. Also, I was a trainee for over 24 hours before I thought I was wrongly demoted because of Leemur35. I enjoyed guarding the server. I have re-read the rules over and over again after I got demoted. At 5:50 PM (U.S. EST) Aug 9, I found out from an Alpha I am allowed to re- apply! So I quickly got on the forumns and started editing. I memorize the Guard Rules by heart and I promise you that I WILL NOT abuse my powers (again). I think I was wrongly demoted and will like to be a trainee again. I do apologize for all the problems that did happen while I was trainee.
