Now, for my rant on ban apps. It's been said like 500 times that they are for the unjustly banned. Like if, for some retarded reason they were banned for PVP. Or, if they were accidentally caught in a spambot ban wave. Or if someone thought you were hacking but everyone knows you weren't. But, you must always provide proof. For example. I once got banned for "speed hacks"
Was I actually hacking? Of course not. Otherwise I wouldn't be here, never mind a guard. But, I had to make a comprehensible app with several reasons as to why the reason was incorrect. Reasons such as presenting the lack of an alpha or warden within the same block as you. Or intending to type in one name but not completing it and getting another. Or attributing it to hyper massive server lag that everyone is complaining about. Saying "I didn't have hacks" is tantamount to denying a murder with no allibi. Nobody can verify your story so nobody knows what to do with you. Now, obviously hacking is not as serious as murder but the analogy is there. You MUST provide proof. Screenshots, alibis, witnesses, whatever.
It also probably helps to make you app look neat. Double space in between questions. It's easier to read. You might want to copy the format into a Word document and paste when you're done. And USE PROPER ENGLISH!!! It's hard for wardens to take you seriously when you say " i wuzunt haxing. plz unban me."

3) How long have you been playing the server? I've been on for about a week now, and I've memorized the whole layout of C.
4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? Yes of course, and my memory is really strong so I have memorized everything.
5) Any experience with the prison genre? Yes, I have actually played on another server, but it was hell and the guards wouldn't do anything about the PvP massacre so I just quit it.
6) What is your time zone? Pacific I'm in CA.
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? Well, for one I WILL be fair I've seen some guards in the prison and now I know why prisoners hate them so much, and I'd like to change that, continuing what I just said I've seen some situations where there were some unfair bans and jailings if anything I at least want to be fair to prisoners.
8) (optional) Post a screenshot of your kill-death ratio using /kdr. Sorry I don't have one at the moment but I at least want to say something for this question/comment.
9) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of your rank when/if you retire from guard? I'm actually in Block C and I'm literally 1-2k away from upgrading the reason I'm not in B yet is because this was a busy week but from here on, I'm a lot more free, and plus, not only will this be more proof of me reading the rules but since I'll be a Trainee I won't even be allowed to go into B till I'm promoted. So I don't really have to have much experience with beyond C until promotion.

I don't have a recommendation from a guard but I have mingled a bit with them.
There was a drop in the expectation of guards as we recently, as we all know. And the wardens had been posting some that had said accepted for apps that had been accepted. Recently ther have been no posts that say accepted. Does this mean: a) no one has been accepted. b ) guard apps are currently being denied no mater what. c) wardens have stopped posting something informing you if you were accepted. Or is it d) something I didn't list?

Well actually law states that you are innocent until proven guilty. So technically people should not be banned unless there is solid proof and if there is solid proof that they where cheating/hacking then they have no business making a ban appeal. Problem solved?

When i retired it wasn't the best decision i really want the oppurtunity to be a guard again. It would be an honor for you to accept this and let me go back to being a guard.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I wasn't using any X-ray textures or mods i just mine in any random order and hope i find things. Sometimes i get lucky and sometimes i don't, but i don't cheat.

I've got a bit of a complaint with the rules regarding killing guards 3x in a row. For example. Player A kills guard 2x then player B kills guard once, then the cycle repeats for however long. Since the rule says guards can only do anything if they are killed 3x in a row, it's kinda annoying. Also, the jail plugin might have a bit of a glitch. I tried to jail somebody but they never went in. I am sure that I entered the right name and I doublechecked my chat log.
I had this problem, and we fixed it long ago. The revised rule is now 3 times in 10 minutes.

This is the type of poor quality app we are talking about. Try to get out of C, and try to have a bit more experience than 2 and a half weeks. Also your app doesn't show much effort (kinda short).

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I just left to the store with my mom, and my lil sis thought it would be cool to get on my computer, open up minecraft and 'help me' on my favorite server
Any additional information: It auto-fills in the username and password and there's only one server in the list so she KNOWS which server it is... she decided to use a texture pack and help me with more diamonds i suppose -.- she already admitted it once i asked her why the hell it said i was banned when i logged in, but shes 10 i mean - oh well she thought she was helping i guess, she doesn't know xraying is even bad, she just uses it because it gets you more ores and thats what she loves... not that shes grounded or anything but our mom doesnt really care since its just a game but i already put a lock on my pc so she cant do it again, thx to whoever solves this out

Any additional information: Next time do your job properly by banning with correct format. Also if the user is not online the polite thing to do is at least post on the forum why they where banned.
