The server went down on August 20th due to a disagreement in direction by the owners. So sorry for all of you that were big fans of chaotic. I was too. I spent nearly a year with this server working my way up from lowly player all the way to admin. I was very sad to see it go. However Minecraft is not gone even if this server is. Kyle0808, akersda and myself as well as a few others are working on a brand new server to, if not replace, then at least compare to chaotic. Stay tuned.

WHYYYYYYY!!!! I loved it sooooooooo much and i had saved up so much, i leveled up for so long, got grounded because of it so much, and the fact thats its gone is...is.....
But just saying, RedWidow, why don't you get the server files and run the server yourself?
It would be nice, but the server files don't belong to me, they are the exclusive property of the coder phrstbrn. He is unwilling to release them to the general public or even to an old friend and associate. Red-I noticed the site was down and I needed a copy of the old map. Is it at all possible I could have a copy? And will the last map be released in any way?

Not sure tinybat. I do know that in the past, the previous maps had been available for download. Whether phrst will do it for the 3rd map is unknown. Alpha also could at some point make it available for download, but again that is unknown. Sorry I couldn't answer your question with a definite. I will look into it further and see what information I can find out for you.
