Welcome to The Kingdom of Aeonis' Minecraft server. In this server build grand structures to your allied legion and wage battles against opposing races. In this server if you don't feel the urge to wage battles against your foes, then build and collect resources to help increase the size and power of your chosen race! I hope that you will read all the text below (there is alot!) and apply for a spot in this server fun MMO/RPG server. We are an open community and our users (and server) are open and friendly! So read on and you will find out just what we are about!

-Rules That Must Be Followed Be Everyone
Don't kill without reason. Children of Light and Demons have a bit of freedom with this rule but regardless of your race, you must still to tell the your victim why you're planning to attack him/her. (Example of a good Warning) "Elizan! You and your elf brethren are worthy of extermination. Now prepare to be sacrificed to the gods!"
Do not use and excessive amount of "curse words" or sexist/racist remarks towards any player or in general.
Impersonation of an administrator or operator will not be tolerated.
Do not use any mods that would give you an unfair advantage over other players (flying mods, climbing mods, etc.)
Try to act IC. Be like your race/character in the game. If you feel like a question or comment is unlike what you would expect you character to say, then clarify your chat line as such. To clarify a OOP statement then start your question or comment with OOP (Example: "OOP: Anyone know how to use the teleport command?").

Races and How to Act IC Acting IC
Acting IC is easy. All you have to do is best impersonate what you imagine your character to be like while online based of what you've read on the races list.
Humans are intelligent and creative beings that are very well known for their feats of architectural design. They are typically honest and trusting but there is nothing keeping them from turning into ruthless bandits.
Demons are dark beings that have originated in the far reaches of the Nether. Demons are not stupid brutish creatures. They are typically very intelligent, manipulative, and very smooth conversationalists. Demons are evil, make no mistake. No relationship developed with an outside race is made without an outcome favorable or desirable to the demon.
-The Children of Light
Direct architects of life itself. These sentient beings are known and recorded to have helped create the various races of Aeodi along side Notch. The Children of Light are arrogant, self-richious beings. Considering every other race inferior and unworthy of their attention. The Children of Light are known for their tendencies to completely ignore beings of opposing races, regardless of the circumstance.
Elves are tall, caring, and nurturing creators. Elves pride themselves on their knowledge of the land and are excellent traveling companions due to their knowledge of local plant life, food, and land/cave system navigation. Elves are respectful and hospitable to all races.
The Forgotten Ones
Very little is known about this mysterious race of elevated life forms. All that has been recorded threwout history was that they were one of the first beings to settle upon Aeonis and may have had an influential impact on the creation of all lifeforms.
Dwarves are squat but strongly built. Dwarves are well known for their grand underground mining complexes, ability to find minerals, their short tempers, and rustic home cooking. On a historical side-note, Demons and Dwarves have a history of conflict due to their competition for the underground realm of Minecraft.
Bandits are the Mercenaries of Aeonis. They are traitorous backstabbing people that will do anything for a certain deal of money or amount or resources. Just because they're names are bandits, doesn't mean that they're not great warriors. Due to the Bandits notorious ability for well rounded combat, they are prime for armies that wish to achieve fast mobilization. Bandits are an interesting subset of races. Being a Bandit is really more of a side attribute than an actual race. If One wished to join the ranks of Banditry you must select your race and then your profession. After which you follow this with your Bandit (next to your race) and your Bandit Profession (next to your Racial Profession). Here is an example: (assume this is a section of a application)
Race: Demon Bandit Profession: Fighter Demon and The Higher
With the above credentials the admin or operator can then assume that your are of the race Demon (subset Bandit) and have the profession of Fighter Demon (subset The Higher).
Professions -Human Professions
The King: A Highly revered noble-man in charge of managing the Human race and its armies. (The King is appointed by the server admin and is not open to applicants)
Commanders: Leaders of groups of warriors. Commanders are warriors who have experience braving the frontline and have proved themselves worthy of leading teams of warriors into battle. Commanders typically take the lead when leading conquests or exploring expeditions. (Commanders are appointed by the king and are not open to applicants)
Warriors: A typical army grunt. These are the type of people that run head-strong into battle and enjoy the organized chaos of warfare.
Explorers: These people brave the depths of the underground cave systems risking life a limb in the hope of finding valuable ore's and treasure deep underground or simply like to run around and view nature above ground. These people are pure and simple survivalists.
Farmers: Docile suppliers of the Human Race's food rations. Farmers may only attack in self defense and are immune from the kings call to arms, in the event there is a war.
Demonic Professions The Dark One: Feared leader of the entire demon race. The Dark One manages the entire Demon race and its hordes of tainted beings. (The Dark One is appointed by the server admin and is not open to applicants) Greater Demons: The Personal body guards of The Dark One. Greater Demons have the most freedom in the entire race and are The Dark One's most highly trained demons. (Greater Demons are appointed by The Dark One and is not open to applicants) Fighter Demon: Fighter Demons are the backbone of the demon race. One thing that demons are known for is their military force. The demon race will always be in high demand for this warrior unit. Scavenger Grunt: Scavenger Grunts are the foragers and explorers of the demon race. The Scavenger Grunts forage for food and minerals and resources for the need architectural needs of the race. These are the simple survivalists of the demon race.
-The Children of Light's Professions The Enlightened One: The all knowing and omnipresent leader of The Children of Light. The Enlightened One is in control of all the children of light and dominates Aeonis with armies by spreading the forceful word of light threw Purgers. (The Enlightened One is appointed by the server admin and is not open to applicants) Alphas and Omegas: These are the The Enlightened One's most highly esteemed warriors and body guards. The Elites that have allined themselves with the Alphas are partial to melee combat tactics, while the Omegas take a liking to archery, methods of trapping, and strategic ambushing. (Alphas and Omegas are appointed by The Enlightened One and are not open to applicants) Purgers: The Purger is the main military unit for The Children of Light. Purgers are the intelligent warriors and strategical combatants of The Children of Light's military forces. Suppliers: These are the explores, miners, foragers, and farmers of The Children of Light. Suppliers go roam about the land in search of materials to aid the Children of Light's conquests. These are the basic survivalist units for the Children of Light.
-Elven Professions The Forest Lord: The Forest Lord is the compassionate and wise ruler of the Elven race. This ancient ruler is the ruler of all the elven race and is we known for the possession of coincidentally accurate prophetical tellings. (The Forest Lord is Appointed by the server admin and is not open to applicants) Nobles: Nobles are the elite members of the Elven race. Nobles are the most skilled combat veterans of the Elven armies and are privileged to grand explorations led by either The Forest Lord or an exclusive group of other Nobles. (Nobles are appointed by The Forest Lord and are not open to applicants) Skirmishers: Skirmishers are the military backbone of the Elven armies. Skirmishers are renowned for their effective use of bows and cunningly placed traps. A typical Skirmisher will try to dispatch of his foe from a distance via a bow to reduce the potential chance of injury; Elven war tactics and strategies are brutally effective. Foragers: Foragers are the inquisitive and adventurous resource gatherers of the Elven race. This is the typical survivalist role of the Elven race.
-The Forgotten Ones' Professions
The Forerunner: The mysterious ruler of The Forgotten Ones. All the information that is known of The Forerunner is that of which was collected by scouts who have witnessed The Forerunner's power first hand. All the information that was collected seems to lead to the possibility of the possession of god like powers.(The Forerunner is the server admin and is not available to applicants) The Ancients: The Ancients are the elite leaders of The Forgotten One's Race. They lead Armies and manage the underlings of the race. The Ancients powers are elevated to a higher state by taping into to stream of ether emitted from The Forerunner's presence. (Ancients are appointed by The Forerunner and are not open to applicants) Plain-Rippers: Plain Rippers are the warriors of The Forgotten Ones. All Plain Rippers are cunning and well trained; showing great skill in close combat, ranged combat, and trap placement. The Plain Rippers are a force to be reckoned with. Plain-Walkers: Plain Walkers assume the role of resource gatherers for The Forgotten Ones. As they roam the lands of Aeonis for material resources for the advancement of The Forgotten Ones, they are rumored to spread the word of The Forgotten One's race (that they are regaining their proper place in Aeonis as the top race once again).
-Dwarven Professions The Paragon: The Paragon is the revered and worshipped king of the Dwarven race. The Paragon is an expert in all forms of metallurgy and ore detection as well as cave navigation. The Paragon seems to possess an uncanny ability to "read the cave" so to speak, in order to find desirable minerals. (The Paragon is chosen by the server admin and is not open to applicants) Royal Guards: Royal Guards are the most loyal servants to The Paragon and have proven their value to the Dwarven race over many years of testing trials and conditions. The Royal Guard are heavily armed Dwarven knights who bear the uniquely crafter armer exclusively smithed by the Forge Masters. (Royal Guards are appointed by The Paragon and are no open to applicants) Regimhigh: The Regimhigh are the commanders of the Dwarven armies; well trained in the mechanics of combat strategy, these dwarves are an honor to be around by most Regimin and are a inspiration on the battle field. (Regimhigh are appointed by the Royal Guard and are not open to applicants) Forge Masters: The Forge Masters are masters of all things ore and metal related. These carefully selected masters of their craft are have truly mastered the art of armor and weapon smithing. It is from these highly skilled craftsmen that the Royal Guard receive their armor. (Forge Masters are appointed by the Royal Guard and are not open to applicants) Regimin: Regimin are the warriors of the Dwarven race. They are typical fighting units and are not very highly revered in Dwarven societies. Due to the racialy stereotypical build of a dwarf, the path of a Regimin is not an uncommon choice for a dwarf. Item Smiths: Item Smiths are the material collectors of the Dwarven race and are very well suited for cave exploration; making them the many reasons the Dwarven race is so wealthy. The Item Smith is the typical survivalist role played by the Dwarves.
-Bandit Professions Grand Lord: The Grand Lord is the tyrannical leader of the bandit sub-race. The Grand Lord rules all the ranks of the Bandit sub-race with an iron fist. If any of the Grand Lord's underlings step out of line, the Grand Lord has been known to execute the foolish player on the spot, repossess all of his/her possession and destroy/burn the player's house to the ground or get the other ranks to do this task in the Grand Lord's place (which they take great pleasure in). (The Grand Lord is appointed by the server admin and is not open to applicants) The Humanculus: Members of The Humanculus are the elite members of the Bandit sub-race. They have been proven to be especially twisted and manipulative. The Humanculus are not to be trusted by any race because whatever the circumstance, if a Humanculus has any plan involving you (A seemingly mutual relationship or whatever it may be) the final results of this plan usually end up with you dead and the Bandits that much wealthier. (The Humanculus are appointed by the Grand Lord and are not open to applicants) Pack Leaders: The Pack leaders are the commanders of the Bandit sub-race. They take the position of leading groups of The Higher, leading expeditions, or any other position in a group of Bandits that would require a leader ship role. (Pack Leaders are appointed by The Humanculus and are not open to applicants) The Higher: The Higher are the warriors of the bandit sub-race. True to their name, The Higher are commonly employed by other armies to go out and fight their wars for them (or with them), for a fee of course. The Higher are indeed well trained and feel little allegiance to any race. Reinforcers: Reinforcers are the resource and explorer unit in the Bandit sub-race. By many members of The Higher, the Reinforcers are viewed as parasites due to there little military contribution to the Bandit sub-race, but are never-the-less a key component to the success and wealth of the honor-less Bandit sub-race.

Historical Lore of Aeonis-History of Aeonis
The Age of Creation
In the beginning of time, only the Creator, the holy Notch existed. He looked upon the universe known as "Java" and began creating worlds. One of the first he created was a large ball of rock and dirt, on there he placed a group of creatures. The creatures grew in numbers fast as there were nothing to challenge them, all the other creatures were to weak to pose a threat. One day the almighty Notch looked down on the world and saw this, he immediately turned the evolutionary clock of the creatures 10 million years forward. The creatures turned forward 10 million years in only 50.000 years were shocked, but soon curiosity took over and they started studying and experimenting on everything they got their hands on to. The creatures thrived for millions of years, getting older and older. One day the High Experimenter sat down with the Master Experimenters and discussed making other intelligent races. The next million years they worked constantly, they created the Children of Light first, with the help of the Creator, therefor the name. Later the Forgotten Ones experimented on the Children of Light and things went horribly wrong, the result was the Demonkind. The Forgotten Ones made sure that the Children of Light and the Demons would never meet, and then they forgot about them and worked on their next project, the most beautiful creatures ever to walk the planet. Elves. They imbued them with the raw love for nature and hatred for all who destroys it. Here ends the Age of Creation.
The First War
All was good, the Elves lived in their forests, the Children of Light build massive shinning city's and the Demons went underground. The Forgotten Ones didn't notice any of this, they were creating a new creature. They did something they had never tried before, and they created the first dwarfs from pieces of The Core. The creation of the Dwarfs sparked the war. The Dwarfs, born from the Core, had a natural loving of caves and gems so they dug deep into the ground. That was a big mistake. The tale of the First Strike has been told many times in many different version, but it basically says that the dwarven army moved through the ground at an incredible speed when they one day broke through into the Demon capital. Since that day the Dwarfs and Demons were at war. On the surface the Children of Light was removing vast amount of forest to make room for their city's, the Elves noticed this and attacked. Thus the first two wars broke out, but the Age of the First War was not over yet, things were about to get so much worse. One day the army's of the Demons and the Dwarfs were fighting above ground only a few miles from a battle between the Elves and the Children of Light, after only two days, the two ran into each other and the First War began. Here ends the tale of the First War.
The Age of Man
While the older races of the planet were fighting, the Forgotten Ones had just finished their newest creation, the Human. The creation of the Humans meant massive changes, in only 5000 years humans ended the First War and became the most powerful race on the planet, but they also brought peace to the world. But that was also about to change. For nearly 25.000 years ago a great king ruled human kind. When his life was nearing its end, he decided that he wanted the secrets of the other races, as they became much, much older than humans. He started the Second war and The Splitting of the Races. The war lasted for nearly 10.000 years and only ended, because the Elves withdrew to the fabled forests of Anglorian, the Dwarfs to their mountain kingdoms and the Demons had found a way into the other realms. Meanwhile the Children of Light had simply left for a new land, and they would not return soon. The humans build up more and more power until tales of Demons and Children of the light, were only that, tales. There were still stories of dwarfs being spotted. Here ends the Age of Man.
The Age of Struggle
For 5000 years all was good for the races of Asinia, but then the Creator returned to the world. He saw the happiness and peace, and he was annoyed with his perfect beings the Forgotten Ones that they had not created something to make the world interesting to watch. So the Creator himself cast a plague on the land. All that died would rise again, the skeletons would leave their graves, and the gentle creature, the pig, was mutated into a horrific green creature that exploded when near other living creatures. For 8000 years, the people of Asinia fought the darkness that had fallen over the land, until one day, a man was born neither human nor elf or Dwarf, he was an abomination. He was the Chosen One son of a Demon father and a Child of Light mother. As a young boy he was thrown out of his home with the Children of Light. He soon learned his destiny, to go to the Creator and force him to remove the evil of the world. Here ends the Age of Struggle.
The Age of Unity
As the Chosen One approached the gates of Creation, a pig, the innocent creation of the Forgotten Ones bumped into him and he fell into a pool of lava. The Chosen One was dead. Now 2000 Years later You has returned from you homeland, and arrived at the Kingdom of Aeonis. What will you find there? One of the Forgotten? Who knows, who knows. Here begins the Age of Unity.

The elves were not created through imagination, through plague, through accident, but through something altogether different than what had created all other races...
Here is their story...
Millions of years ago, when the world was still young, when the forgotten weren't forgotten, there had been a female forgotten one, named Lareyla. She loved nature, and would often walk in the forest and on the beach and feel the joy of its beauty. She was the most beautiful of the forgotten, and was the wife of the lord of all forgotten. One day, as she walked through the forest, she me a stranger. He didn't look like a forgotten one, nor a child of light, nor a demon. His skin had a slight green tinge, he had pointy eras, a lithe shape. He moved in such a graceful way, so quiet, that had he not walked up to her , she would have never noticed him. Without a word, he had walked up, and kissed her, then, walked away. Lareyla found a though suddenly in her head. This being was Lorican, god of nature, he loved her for how she cared about nature and beauty when nobody else would, and that he had given her a gift. Soon, she found that she was with child, and she ran into the deep wood. There, under the leaves, surrounded by trees, she birthed a boy and a girl. They were the first elves. She hid the children, fearing her husbands wrath upon them. From this boy and girl elf came the rest of the elven species, A people of beauty, mystery, and nature. After the first war, they fled to a deep wood so far away that even the elves hadn't explored it. They used their magic, and together, all of the elven people raised the forest and the surrounding land out of the ground. There made the flouting island sail away from the Forgotten, from all then had know, and eventually, all they had know became forgotten. Time passes, and the elves grew and grew, but they never found the edge of their island, and they eventually forgot even that. More time passed, and a prince was born, and for a reason the mother couldn't tell, she had named him Lorican.
The story of Lorican
In a far far away forest, from another time, maybe anther space, there was a prince. A prince of an elfin people. The elves were in tune with nature, an one of their many ideals was beauty. they looked for lands that were special, and made a vast network, an empire without equal, an empire of magic. The prince was young, but a 49 year old when he saw something more beautiful than any of the amazing sights he had seen. He saw a single elf-woman, an became her friend. However, this woman didn't love the young prince, and when the prince revealed his emotions, he was rejected. The elven-prince flew into an emotional whirlpool, and ran. On, and on, he ran. Through time, through space through hunger, through pain, he ran. He ran for 7 years, through seven years of pain, turmoil, saddness, until he reached the edge. The edge of both his mind, and the world. He then stopped, and stared down this edge of two places. Within his mind, he saw nothingness, no more pain, no more beauty, utter nothingness. And down his worlds edge, he saw the same, until, on the 13th day, he saw a light. And the light, was, beautiful. The light embraced him, filled him, re-birthed him. The nothingness on the edge of his mind was filled. He began to climb, and down he went, not towards despair, and loneliness, but towards something new. the stars swirled around him, the wind played with him, and some times rock might not hold true for him, but his resolve never failed. after many days, he put a foot down onto grass, and he sank his toes down, and felt the dirt. he turned around, and beheld a world much like his own, filled with beauty, and new beginnings. he turned around and found that the cliff was gone, and he looked up and he saw a speck the size of a leaf in the sky, but didn't care. perhaps it world return, perhaps it would't, he would make his own home here.
Present day, to the future:
Lorican explored this land, and after many years, he found other beings, and made friends, he built, and found a few elves that had also come from his land. He began to set up a Community. He taught, he learned, He was fair and his people loved him. The elves would bring glory and beauty, where ever they went.

The Mighty Dwarves
The Dwarves. A proud, tough, caring, yet resilient race. They were created only a couple thousand years ago by the Forgotten Ones and since then have flourished into a very prominent and fearsome race. With their love for ores and gemstones, they're unending quest to dig is an intense one, but reaps many fine rewards. Dwarf cities will often be riddled with lava and gemstones to signify their conquest unto the deep caverns. Not only are the Dwarves known for their conquest of the earths rare resources, but they are also very skilled fighters. Although most prefer heavy weapons such as axes and swords, there are the occasional assassins and hunters with their pet wolves. They are feared in battle and their drunken rage is one to be weary of. Traditionally, Dwarves are chronic drinkers, their love for fine ales is uncanny and can often get them into real trouble. Regardless of their flaws, they are a very noble and trustworthy race who are more than willing to let outsiders in to help their economy, and military ranks thrive.
Before the Triumvirate, the Dwarves had no home town, no city. Nothing. Most Dwarves lived alone in small caves or at most in small tribes of about 3 or 4. One day, 3 Dwarves by the names; Keltiss, Belgrum and Maven met when going about their day to day business. They talked about how living alone is hard work and that by working together they could achieve so much more. So right then and there, the 3 Dwarves teamed up and set sail on a 3 day long voyage to find where they should establish their new found land. After days of hardship and gruesome combat with the elements and the monsters that inhabited the lands, they arrived to their desired location. They dug, crafted, built the most magnificent entrance in all the world and continue to build a small village to populate their newfound city. After many days of crafting, they settled down after dinner to decide on a name for their city.
After hours of deciding, they had their new city name.
