To be concise, this server is a great environment if you want around-the-clock playability without all of the annoying extra rules that the modded servers bog you down with. The atmosphere offers something for any personality to enjoy. There are currently 3 admins who are regularly online, keeping things in order and maintaining the peace.
This is a great server! Even though I am mostly hated on it I still love it. Vinilla only is true and the ops are nice. if you dont believe me try it yourself. Just dont go around being a douche bag or whining like a little ***** and you will be fine.
I'll ironically apologize on behalf of the spam Samuel Rowe has been posting. Don't let it convince you that 8bitrift is full of spamming attention grabbers. The community is really friendly, and if you enjoy mod-less play, we're always happy to meet new players.
I have been on this server for a while(to long to remember) and I just wanted to say that it has a great community but since it is vanilla there are no mods(this includes: bukkit, tekkit ect.) so don't expect a bunch of plugins or to be admin(most people who ask to be admin are unhappy with the response) but it is still a great server to play on.
