My name is Xyrax - I'm currently hosting a 1.16 Paper server with a focus on keeping vanilla gameplay intact. I'm looking for some extra members of the community - there are quite a few other members already but we are looking to expand the group some more!
Some quick information for the server:
World will never reset to the best of my ability. I want to do this because I find most SMP servers are too eager to reset things once players get bored/a new update comes out etc etc. This has always killed my motivation to play as I always have this fear in the back of my head that my hard work will simply be deleted when someone else gets bored. There won't be "seasons" or anything either. One map until the server ends its life (and yes even with the incoming caves update)
No Game Altering Plugins - I have not and will never add in any spigot plugins or other things that change the game to something it was not intended to be (i.e RPG progression plugins, warping/teleport plugins, custom shops, etc.) If it's not in Vanilla it won't be here.
Using building aid mods/tools is fine as long as they do not cheat in anything of course. This means minimap mods and other things like litematica for using schematics to help make map arts/buildings are just fine.
Minimal Datapacks - at the moment I only have single player sleep, double shulker shells, fast leaf decay, Anti-Enderman Grief, Anti-Ghast Grief and firespread turned off to save some annoyance for the playerbase.
All Build Types/Styles Welcomed! - No need to worry about sticking to themes or specific areas of the map here. If you want to build it - do it! Mapart, farms, towns, sci-fi etc - anything goes!
Dedicated Hosting - The server is hosted via a paid service and has had 100% uptime so far.
Running on Paper - To ensure a good, consistent server TPS we are now running on Paper instead of a vanilla server. But fear not - the vanilla experience is still almost totally untouched.
18+ Only - Looking for mature players who are looking to participate in a collaborative experience.

So far the active members have been very collaborative and many players have started on some big builds now that the Ender Dragon has been defeated.
Especially Looking for players who are interested in building! Many players already have some great stuff underway. A few megabases as well as some towns and singular homes.
