About Us
MineStorms is a small, private vanilla server that was established in July of 2017. We're a group of friends who love playing cooperative Minecraft together. Most of us are from the United States but we have a few from other parts of the world too. Our focus is all about having a great time building, creating large farms, and collaborating on projects while being a long-lasting community, which is why the server was founded. We're always looking for new faces and we'd be thrilled to have you join us!

Grief Prevention
There's no need to worry about what you build. We have safeguards in place to make sure nothing happens to that precious dirt hut!
Discord
C'mon everyone has it! We all love hanging out and talking about how our day went or discussing server projects. It keeps everyone in the loop with events, announcements, trades and all that good stuff (it’s also one of the few requirements we have).
One-Player Sleeping
Sleep whenever you want to!
Anti-Enderman Griefing
It's pretty self-explanatory... Enderman won't take the roof off your precious dirt hut.
Player Heads
Players also drop their heads upon death.
Renewables
Coral plants grow into coral structures when bonemealed, Guardians turn into Elder Guardian when struck by lightning, shulkers respawn in end cities, silverfish drop gravel, and only husks spawn in desert temples for some reason.
Aaand a few other small tweaks to improve the multiplayer experience and cut down lag (we never implement anything mechanic breaking; farms and redstone will always be safe)!
