We're a server with some seniority (started on 26/11/2018) and we do map resets when the community decides one is needed (last reset 11/12/2019). The difficult is normal. Server is hosted in Europe and most our players are European. We have a diamond based economy, encourage community builds and are always open to suggestions on how to improve the server. The server has 2 restarts to improve performance and reduce lag.

We accept application in our discord server, there is a short form you will have to fill out so we can get to know you better. After that an admin will review your application. You must be 16 or older to be accepted.
Our goals:
The goal of the server is and always will be to have an active community of friends or at least like minded people to play minecraft with. The server is inspired by hermitcraft and a community akin to that is what we want to achieve.
Datapacks:
Almost exclusively vanilla tweaks.
Anti-Enderman grief, Customizable armor stands, Double shulker shells, Dragon drops elytra, More mob heads, Universal dye, SilenceMobs, One player sleep. As well as some crafting tweaks for stairs, bark blocks, trapdoors and bricks.
Rules:
No griefing - pranking is fine, as long as it doesn't damage the base
No stealing
No killing of people without prior agreeing to PvP
No hacking - Only 3rd party client supported are Optifine, inventory tweaking clients and minimaps. Schematica is NOT supported (exceptions can be made in some cases)
No use of slurs or offensive language
When looting end cities, you must loot the whole city. Meaning the majority of the shulkers must be killed
