Tainted Isles is a new upcoming MMORPG in Minecraft, which is in early stages of development. If you want to help out with testing or building, please leave a comment under this post so we can get this server out as quick as possible!

Features
-Professions
Here is a video showcasing one of our professions.
-Shops
Shops will be in large marketplaces (not an individual one like this), where you can rent them for 30 minutes and place your items in to sell. You could sell weapons, armour, items, shards, flask buffs and more.
-Shards
Item shards are items you can find either by looting chests, or trading items with Sa'lum.

- Bloodlines
Similar to classes, there are 3 bloodlines in the game - Warlord, Blademaster and Ranger. Each class has their own starting area, with the middle area of the map being a zone where all the higher tiered players come together and battle for the best gear.
- Influence
In the Tainted Isles, there will be quests which you have the option to complete which will gain Influence with one of the neutral factions in the middle area of the map. This influence will help you as areas can be unlocked through gaining Influence - however, some factions are at war, so having a high influence with one faction may mean you will be barred from some areas of other factions. Choose wisely, as it will heavily impact end game.
- Bounties
Another feature in the game will be the bounty system. Players can place bounties on other players to entice others into going after them if they have some bad blood.
- Quests
Quests are available in the middle area, to gain influence with the factions.
- Flasks
Flasks are player permanent buffs, which you can use in combat to help give you an advantage. You can charge your flask by killing mobs or players, and you can obtain levelling bottles throughout the Tainted Isles to level up your buff.
- Forging
Forging is explained in this video here, and more features will be showcased on video in the future.

Progress is coming along really well. Shops and parties have been finished, so when there is time there will be a video coming up showcasing shops. Guilds are the next target for our team.
Another thing - do you think the shop name should be above the trader or above the chest? (The trader is where you rent the shop, and the chest is how you open it).
Here is a sneak peak of what an item will look like. The only things that will always be there for an armour item is the Health and a rarity, and for a damage item will be damage and rarity. The other stats will all be randomised by our item generator. Obviously the block on this item would never be this high, but it was just for testing purposes.
After showcasing the forge system, this feature is to showcase how you get the shards needed to forge items. When you go out farming and a mob drops an item that is worse than your current piece, you could sell that item - or you could trade it with the Shard Trader for spare shards of that item's tier. The higher the rarity, the more shards you receive.
You put your items in the window at the top, and when you click on the green record it converts all the items in the 10 slots of the top window into shards of that item's tier.
