Common sense.
Being located in North America, unless you manage to somehow otherwise maintain a below-200 ping to the server.
**Rules**
No griefing.
No unconsented PVP.
No thievery.
All pranks must be moderately easily repairable, and you must leave a sign with your name on it.
Use common sense, administration always has final judgement in terms of punishment, so don't try any technicalities.
