You should have someone write lore books. One for the rules, one for plugin info (or one per main plugin), etc. The rule book should be free, and you can sell the others at spawn. The reason is fairly simple. Warping to the tutorial, and searching for the right room is a little annoying. Also, the necessity to walk through the whole thing instead of being able to warp home is a bit more annoying. This way, they can simply grab the right book when they need to know something.
I used a bookshelf mod on my old server, but I don't recall the name. Simply put, it adds storage to a bookshelf block, and opens a gui. Books add up. We've got lore, enchanting, and market ledgers. It would be nice to have a place to put them that didn't look like a chest. Mind you, I doubt it's lockable, so keep that in mind.
You might also add an npc at the bank willing to buy those ledgers, which to my knowledge, are useless. Have them buy a book for a bank note, or something, like a tax refund.
I constantly add the Deconstruction Table mod to my packs. If you could find a plugin like it, I think it would be useful. People end up with a ton of extra junk along the way, not including the tools that can be dismantled. There's always more stairs than you intended, more fence, and an extra two doors. It's just useful, if you could find it, anyway.

I will look into this, we had used something similar in the past, and we have something in place right now (still in testing phase so normal users don't have access) But it doesn't "store" the book it just gives a random story when the bookshelf is accessed.

>>>Just checked and the Transaction Logs and they are Unique. So unfortunately this will not work the way we want it to

I actually can do this as we sit right now, I can write a custom recipe that will allow you to "break things down", But I will have to see what my limitations are as it is slightly labor intensive. I will start work on it as soon as possible! Again, thank you for the suggestion! I will give you something special in game when I see you!
Cool, thanks. Is there already a wiki? I could help out with that. I know most of the plugins pretty well. I've run them myself. My knowledge is dated, though. 1.6.4. Too bad about the trans logs... They have to be of some use, though... I'll keep it in mind. Each item being unique was likely, but it does make it difficult. Writing new recipes can be a real pain. It's not that big of a deal. If you can't find a plugin, I doubt anyone would really care.

There is a Wikia Page (But nothing has been added yet.) I will work on getting the recipes added and compile it into an update (Need to have one soon as I will update a few things that need some downtime to test.) My idea for the logs may be a bit useless as well, but it is the only thing I can think of off the top of my head, is putting a transaction log in a crafting bench with a bottle of water will give you a book in return.

I just build the foundations for a new town called Contiar. It won't be pre-built, just plots, so you can let your architect side out. Contiar looks pretty good, less like a town, and more like a mandala.... but so far so good. lol
Msg me in-game if you want to check it out.

Screamfest ends tomorrow - get in while you can and get those limited items while you can!
It is actually over in just under 7 hours! Plenty of time to get some really good items if you team up with the groups that are grinding the event mobs!
