A: This is most likely client side lag because your computer has issues running Minecraft or doesn't have enough RAM allocated to it. It could also be connection lag if you are in a far away foreign country from the U.S. where our server is hosted but even this is a rare issue with those players. To fix clientside lag, download OptiFine 1.9.2 HERE. Then install it and go into the performance tab. Choose fast render, turn down your other settings, and you should be good. Post on reddit if you need more configuration help. (We will try to keep this link updated as possible but you may want to manually check yourself.)
A: Well, in case of a donation rank, you can either get a temporary removal of commands or get temporarily banned. If you have a builder rank, you will either be jailed or banned. Depends on your rank and on what happened.
A: First, check if you are on the same version the server is. If that's the case, restart your Minecraft, go to profile, versions and select the server one. We always keep our servers up to date so long as it is stably possible If this doesn't work, please wait and don't panic. The server likely crashed for some reason maintenance and WILL be back up shortly. All long term outages will be posted in this forum so check the last page to see if a long term outage has been announced.
A: Only in survival and only if there is a major update that would say break a map. Such as 1.8.9 --> 1.9, In this case we will put it down for download and post coordinates for spawn and warps and such.

Q: I donated! When do I get my rank?
A: Talk to staff. They will ask you for the name used in the donation. If it's verified, you will be ranked.

Q: I have abused my powers... What happens?

A: Yes. World Edit commands start at ProDonator and Voxel is for VIPs.
