I was trying to configure a Bungeecord bundle, but when I clicked on "buy", it took me to a shopping cart populated with your cheapest basic single server package... weirf...
Then I clicked on "continue" and it ADDED the next single server up... and so on, till my cart had like 9 single servers in it, from the cheapest to 9 levels up.

Hello MindCrafter7,
That is how the bundles work, you choose the bundle you want, you will select continue until you get to the cart. When you get to the cart, all of the servers from that bundle will be there.
It should only be up to 5 servers, depending on the bundle. Which bundle were you trying to add?
Hi VA Rep- thanks for your quick response! That's encouraging.
So- Maybe I was not clear about my experience- your site never GOT to a Bungeecord bundle!
By the time I finally gave up, It wanted me to buy 9 servers: a 1GB, 2BG, 3BG, 4GB, a 56GB etc..... all listed and priced separately... It was bizarre.
Are you saying I cannot simply click on a bundle I actually want, then just go to the shopping cart and check out?
I have to click like 12, 15, 20 times then manually erase all the things it added that I don't want? This is very very confusing.

I apologize if I'm not getting the process...
It sounds like something went wrong, but in my testing I was unable to reproduce it.
Ok- so now I finally figured it out! Just click, click, click till you get finally to the checkout counter....
I'd suggest that you explain to potential customers that they have to keep clicking, clicking through, adding each server offered in the bundle till you finally get to the actual checkout. It's not what you expect to see.
This process is a little confusing and rather counter-intuitive. I'd bet I'm not the only one who was initially confused by it... I'd hate to see you guys lose business over it.
It's like... say you ordered a bunch of grapes, but the site made you click through on each and every grape before you could buy the bunch, lol.
Anyway, next question- my existing (development) server is called "basic", but we run mods on it with no problem. Are your servers so slow or overcrowded that we could not install basic mods like WorldEdit and Essentials?
For development and testing, installing mods is essential (no pun intended).

We have edited our bundles to make them easier to order, they now only require you to click continue once after selecting the bundle you want, thank you MindCrafter7, for your suggestion. If anyone has any issues/suggestons with this, or anything on our site, please let us know.
The basic servers will run plugins like that, however when doing large edits the server may not handle it as well, with the machines having slower CPU's then the premium servers.
VA Hosting has been by far my most positive experience. When I say I am amazed by there support, I really am. They're fast with replies and are professional and kind. If I decide to open another Minecraft server again, this guys are going to be my home for hosting. I would highly recommend using them. I have nothing but good things to say about them as my experience was simply the best I have come by. Please check these guys out.
P.S. I am in no way affiliated with VA Hosting. I am stating my own experience.

Hello owlverse,
Thank you for the great review!
We are currently supporting either Java 8 or 11 on our servers, as Java 11 may cause issues with older plugins and Minecraft server versions, you will have to enable Java 11 by following the steps in this article: https://vahosting.net/knowledgebase/36/Using-Java-11-with-your-Minecraft-server-VA-Hosting-LLC.html
