Heya,

I were wondering this... why can't we use any of these commands, not even our server owner? We had some ideas to implement with command blocks for events/redstone minigames and such, but now everything is impossible.

it is pretty easy to molest the hardware by setting up a spamming redstone formation which spawns 100000 entities. Possibly a reason for the realms team not to include it. (i don't know how they handle the several realms servers, if there are more on 1 cpu it could be just a safety measure)

Except that the same result can already be done with creative-mode spawn eggs and dispensers... My friend owns a realms server and we were hoping to include command blocks into it for extra special effects.

Our server is set up as a survival world. This is because we don't want everyone to suddenly being able to switch gamemodes, but we still would love to profit from the things command blocks and those commands could offer.

We still need to have this solved, for some reason we can't use these while others can under the same circumstances ._.

I just e-mailed them about this a few days ago.

(I then asked about enabling command blocks since I cannot set OP)
The command blocks had to be disabled in realms as they compromised the performance, we do not know when they will be back.
