We meet on #comcouncil, not #com, as none of us have control of #com, since mloc is away. As for when, well, I was hoping Dark would contact me with his timezone, but then I remembered he was away. So, I'm working on a good time for us to meet, and I'll check with all of you to see if it's okay.
The problem is the huge timezone difference. There's a 17 hour difference between magix39 and Darkfire002.
EDIT: If we were to meet between 8AM-12PM GMT, it would be 5-9PM for Darkfire002, 2-6AM for me and Shigan, and 12-4AM for Magix39. This is, of course, counting the DST differences. If the meeting is anything like the last one, it'll last for about 4 hours, giving everyone plenty of time to attend. Perhaps someone else could figure out a good meeting time, because, right now, I have a migraine, and it isn't helping.
Well, after a little rest and some midrin, my migraine is manageable. The 8-12 time frame is with DST, aka British Summer Time, in effect in the northern hemisphere. I don't know what we'll do when it flips, as the time difference between us and darkfire will increase by two hours. Another issue is myself, and possibly Shigan. I just recently got my sleeping schedule back on track, waking up at ~4AM, so the 2-6AM time doesn't work for me, as I have to keep record of everything, at least for this meeting.
Also, I'd like to ask all Council members to go ahead and register their nicks on the IRC, that way I won't have to op you each time you join the #comcouncil channel. If you need help registering it, you need only ask.
And DraXX, that's why the 24 hours to vote clause is there, for Council members who can't attend, and I will keep logs if anyone wishes to read over them.
I'm awake an hour earlier, because I crashed from my medicine. Meaning we can have the meeting earlier than what I had PM'd.

The meeting will start 15 minutes after at least 4 council members have joined, or an hour after if only 3 members have joined.
Diameter goes from 61 to 59 to 57 and the inner circle has a diameter of 11[i think].
The 16 pillars that stick up go to height 125 with the torches resting on height 126
It goes 1 story below sea-level [5 blocks counting floor and not ceiling which is at sea-level]
It is 8 stories tall and the ground level is a extra 2 blocks high.
So i think its about 8*5+8 above sea-level, i never really counted :tongue.gif:
Current construction is lower about 1/4 of the basement to make room for tree growth and to make a farm and storage room.
Tower was built for a whole "town" to live in with the basement being the forge/cooking hall/farms
