I've got my minecraft server set up. The EULA is agreed to. I've got my static IP set up. I've set up port forwarding correctly. I run the server with a .bat. I've added a port exception in my firewall (I've also tried turning off my firewall entirely). Java is updated, and old versions uninstalled. UPnP is also turned on. I can connect to my server with my static IP but not with my external IP. A GRC scan labels it as "stealth" and other port forwarding testing sites label it as "closed". Despite the port forwarding being set up correctly. I've called my ISP and they can't do anything because I have my own modem/router instead of using theirs. I can't find a solution to this problem anywhere. Does anybody know how to help?
