I tried to edit the minecraft_server.jar just like I do with the one for my single player but when I start my server it says the jar file is corrupt?

OPtifine is not available for a mine craft server or craftbukkit server. sorry. like jefe323 said, it is a client mod.

You can "optifine" your server by giving it the ram and processor it needs.

Get a plugin that sees if they have Optifine and if not, it directs them to the download page.
